Arby's — Restaurant in Hubbard Township

My experience doesn't matter in this review. What is bothering me is the Young couple with a baby that were in front of me. Maybe 25 years old and the husband was tearing apart coupons they brought with to use on their Sunday lunch out. I could tell they were not super poor but just plain working class people. The coupons were both Buy one get one. The manager came up and informed them that they didn't accept those coupons. I could tell there was some stress in the young man's face as she said that. My opinion of these big corporations like Arby's need to get some continuity going with corporate coupons and franchisee coupons. Nobody knows what stores or locations except what coupons you ding bats send out. Only to have them rejected at the cash register. At this point I believe the manager should have just accepted them. Don't tell me she doesn't have a buy one get one button within her access. Hell, they were advertising Buy One French Dip and Get One today. Use that damn button and yell to the kitchen what you actually needed. This Rule Lady crap has to get defined or stop putting out coupons you don't even honor. Makes me...

Arguably one of the worst Arby's experiences ever! We ordered 3 roast beef classic and one chicken wrap and asked for several Arby's and horsey sauces. Drove 10 minutes to get there and 10 miles back. Sauce was on the receipt and ask once again if it was in the bag. The person whose job is to bag the food, put in napkins and sauce assured me that it was there. Drive home and BOOM, no sauce. Called and spoke to manager Mark but another guy said he was a manager and could help me. I once again requested Mark and he went to a desk and a person (wearing a name tag Jake) said, Oh yeah, I am Mark. He proceeded to put 4 and 4 of the sauce in a bag and pretty much sent me on my way. REMEMBER, these are the people that want $15 an hour. Now I have to call Amanda in the morning because they simply didn't care....

Au Jus should be just that, juice of the beef NOT gravy. When I order Au Jus as I have ordered countless times before, juice is what I expected and what I received in the past. Today however, I received something between thick au jus and a pathetic attempt at gravy. When you order fast food you really expect to receive the same thing every time you order. So that isn't what happened today. Arby's has done it once again, failed miserably. Speaking from someone who was trained in store two and worked there and moved onto working at their corporate headquarters when they were in Liberty. So I guess my standards are a little higher then some but they shouldn't be. Here's to hoping if I go to Arby's again, it will meet the standards that were orginally set...
