Denny's — Restaurant in Hubbard Township

IF IT WAS 0 STARS FOR THIS I WOULD RATE 0 BUT IT HAS TO BE RATED TO REVIEW... IM AN EX EMPLOYEE WHICH THEY DON'T KNOW YET... FIRST AND FOR MOST, LETS JUST SAY IF YOU ONLY KNEW... LIKE I DON'T CARE WHERE IT IS, IF YOU HANDLE SOMEONE FOOD, GLOVES ARE A MUST!!! A COOK OR SERVER SHALL NOT BE ATTITUDISH WHEN ASKED TO WEAR GLOVES..... ESPECIALLY IN MY FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT WHICH THEY HAD NO CLUE I AM A FOOD SAFETY COORDINATOR.... BUT ANYWAY THAT'S FOR A LATER DATE AND WILL BE HANDLED.... HOWEVER, WHEN YOU PLAY WITH MY MONEY IT BECOMES A BIGGER ISSUE... THEY HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO ISSUE MY PAY DIFFERENTLY... THEY ALSO SEE INACTIVE FOR MY DIRECT DEPOSIT AND THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED BUT STILL SENT IT TO A CLOSED ACCOUNT (YES LAW SUIT IS IN PLACE) I CALL AND KEEP GETTING RAN AROUND ABOUT MY MONEY, DON'T GET ME WRONG YES MY MONEY COUNT, AND THE NO GLOVE ISSUE WAS ALREADY IN PROGRESS WHICH MAKES ME QUESTION THE REAL REASON THEY ARE HOLDING MY PAY! ANYWAY, EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND KEEP ALL RECEIPTS BECAUSE IF YOU GET SICK AN ATTORNEY WILL NEED THAT INFORMATION AND ALWAYS GET A TO GO BOX (DEADMAN TRAY) EVEN IF ITS A SMALL AMOUNT SO THE FOOD ON YOUR TRAY LEFT CAN BE TESTED IMMEDIATELY AT THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM... REMEMBER YOUR HEALTH MATTER... BUT BACK TO MY MONEY, I HAVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY AND ILL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED AND IF THERE ARE ANY FORMER EMPLOYEES THAT ARE MISSING PAY, FEEL FREE TO VISIT MY SOCIAL...

Our family will not be going back! This is the second time we have received horrible service at the Hubbard location. When we ordered we we're told they were out of fries but we could have the seasoned fries or loaded tots. We waited a half hour, our waitress never came back to even refill our waters, but she did come to tell my mom they we're we' of soup and it would be another half hour for our food. My eyes rolled and I said what do you mean, but we waited. After we heard lots of commotion from the kitchen, arguing dishes dropping Finallywe find out that they don't even have a cook on duty they had to call in there general manager. We finally get our food, after an hour and 20 min from our original order, it's cold, at this point nobody's saying anything because we're all starved and just want to eat. Get our bill, I asked for it to be adjusted, they do but only took 20 percent off, there normal coupon price. Plus they had the odacity to charge us for an upgrade on our fries when we didn't have a choice cause they were out of regular fries. Then our waitress told someone we were rude to her all night, when she only came to the table 3 times. Once to take our order, and no one was rude, the second time to tell us it was going to be longer, the third time to bring cold food. I've never been accused of being rude in all my life but I guess there's always...

Love this restaurant. Comfortable setting... amazing employee's. I don't think this location gets the hype it really deserves. I don't have to sit and wait on a refill either , they are always on top of it. For me that's huge when I'm out to eat somewhere. I've never tasted anything disgusting here to date. I've loved everything. Truthfully, around here, this is just about the only place I can say that about. Edit on 4/1/22 I loved this place already for my husband and I to sneak away and eat but I had never taken my 6 children here. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Wendy ! Amazing sever ! Normally going out with my large family all together we feel overwhelmed because staff seems overwhelmed... it puts a lot of pressure on us , that was NOT the case here !!!! We felt welcomed , relaxed , and just completely comfortable for once ! They warned us there was a wait on our food , which we always expect having such a large family... they even brought all our food out together which never happens when we go somewhere (normally we have screaming kids still waiting for their plates to come out because another sibling had gotten theirs ). It was really amazing to finally enjoy our time out !!!! A big shout out to Wendy for being so accommodating to all of us ! Truthfully, we will be back when she is there because she made us feel...
