McDonald's — Restaurant in Hubbard Township

I will never understand WHY someone would put a person who WILL NOT speak to customers on the drive through taking orders.There is a worker who is placed there who gives dirty looks, rolls his eyes, stares when a question is asked and literally tosses your change or card back at you a majority of the time. I have been kind to this person up until today when he apparantly could voice his disdain for having to take oders until his coworker was on the clock in 4 minutes. Totally ignored me right in front of him to engage with a coworker and seemed to thinking grunting "What" at me was an appropriate way to take my drive through order while the speaker system was down. He acts like this consistently, no matter how busy they are. I USED to go there weekly until this interaction today. i told him I didn't want anything now because his attitude is always terrible and there's no reason to treat people like he does. I know I'm not the only one who experiences this because family and friends experience this a lot with him. I won't be getting my weekly lunch there. It makes no sense to have noncommunicative people working the drive through like this when we can see and hear him gossip with certain female coworkers at the...

I feel SO BAD for the kid who works Saturday nights pretty much ALONE, if not actually alone, at Mcdonalds in Hubbard. This isnt the first time I seen him and seen him deal with the most IGNORANT IMPATIENT people ever. Yet he keeps coming back to work knowing it will be hell. As I sat in line and waited to order, people were honking their horns and yelling. Some drove away before ordering which is fine. I got to the speaker and he was polite and asked me to wait. So I did even though I waited about 25 min already. He came back apologized, took my order and I pulled to the window. He is taking orders AND cooking! I patiently waited and my food was piping HOT, FRESH and nothing was made wrong or missing. Actually best food I ate their is when he works. I made sure to tell him he was doing a great job and Thanked Him. He needs a raise! TAKE CARE OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO SHOW UP AND KEEP YOU IN BUSINESS. If others could just be patient with people and or PUT YOUR APP IN AND HELP HIM THEN! He did a GREAT job and he stayed calm throughout so many ignorant people before me I would have lost my cool to. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I just got off of worked picked up my one year old daughter and told her I’d get her chicken nuggets and she was so happy. I waited in a long line was at this place for good 45 mins. Ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets , two large fries a cheeseburger and I asked for bbq sauce and honey mustard. I get to the window and I asked about the drink and was told no drink. I then get told fries fresh so I had to pull forward even longer time. The girl brings me my bag. No sauces. So I call the store. Another young girls brings out 3 sauces I asked can I please get more I ordered 20 piece nuggets and fries and she went in comes out with one sauce and says “my manager said if you want more you need to come in and pay for it”. I was like “what’s with the attitude YOU GUYS are the ones that forgot the sauce. I never once said I wanted extra nothing I was asking specifically for the sauce that should have came with my meal. And two large fries? I should get a full refund because this doesn’t look like 2 large fries should’ve given me mediums if you didn’t have enough fries to...
