Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hubbard Township

I placed my mobile order as usual and pulled up to the drive-through. I was asked to wait a quick moment, then was told they were ready for me to order. I let them know. I had a mobile order and they confirmed everything. Then asked me to pull around. I had one vehicle in front of me and it seemed there was to be an issue with their payment. It was hot outside, so my windows were down and I could hear the vehicle in front of me making a phone call with their Bluetooth sensor speakers were loud, the phone call was to an account balance of available funds less than seven dollars . A few moments later, I seen the drive-through windows open up and food handed out the manager. Kendall had a smile on her face and said don’t worry about it. You have a great day. I got to the window myself where I was greeted by Emma with a smile. I was nosy and asked if the person ahead of me was comped their meal since I heard their account balance less than seven dollars. She called the manager and they both told me yes. I was floored and offered them praises of great customer service. Not saying people should eat for free from a restaurant, but in most cases, the food just gets thrown away. I’m very proud to live in Hubbard with people like this representing our city and our businesses. that is great Customer service for somebody that was in a bad spot. If I could give 10 stars I would! Absolutely have got to say do not come here under any circumstance LMAO food was good service was dog terrible atmosphere was worse than if high School musical was filmed on an iPhone 1... Not joking there are around 15 juveniles under the age of 14 and 15 years old even as young as 12 and 13 year old females basically having a concert in the lobby just doing whatever they want to do.. I even heard the workers complaining about the and I quote "glee club" SMH.. I get the fact that there is little to nothing to do in the Hubbard area but how can any self-respecting business owner allow their franchise establishment of American fast food Staples, to become something of a roller skating rink or cardstore / Hangout.. big teen club vibes.. I am a 37 year old male who owns a cannabis company based out of Niles Ohio and I brought my wife here. Just flat out disrespectful because if I would have brought my three children under three here to listen to the way these kids cuss and holler.. I'm almost positive if someone's father would have had a problem with me saying and doing the right thing about what was being done in the presence of the clients / children.. hands down worst Taco Bell...

I have generally been avoiding Taco Bell because the quality of the food has gone down and prices are outrageous considering the quality and quantity of the food. By no other choice I was forced by necessity about a month ago to visit the Liberty store. As bad as to be expected but later had extreme digestive issues for 2.5 days after. Thinking I was sick from something else and swearing TB off anyway, again out of limited time I visited this store in Hubbard.
