Woodland Cellars — Restaurant in Hubbard Township

My friend and I were at Woodland Cellars for grand opening, and we were happy to see a hometown business so busy! I have met the owner, Bob, and his wife, and was impressed hearing about Bob combining his Chemistry background into a long-time winemaking hobby and then into a business. I wish Woodland Cellars much success! We loved the white and red sangrias. I was so happy to see so many vegan options on the menu. I really enjoyed my black bean burger and hummus, and was especially thrilled with my vegan chocolate cupcake. My friend had the pepper jam, pulled pork, and lemon cupcake. She said the pepper jam was perfection, the pulled pork with the basic sauce was very good, although the sides were just average, and chocolate ganache cupcake was fabulous. We caught the end of Shane singing and the beginning of the last band, and enjoyed both very much. We plan to make Woodland Cellars a regular place...

Woodland Cellars has a nice cozy atmosphere. I like how the the bar area is right when you walk in. The bar is nice & the seats are comfortable. I enjoy wine, meads & ciders & they have all three here. I tasted something from each group & they were all good. The prices are good too. Our server was very friendly & attentive. They also have food. There's two sizes for their cheese plate. I got the larger one. It had fruit, crackers, meat & cheese. It was a nice portion & price. I also got the chef salad which was good. I had such a great experience at Woodland Cellars. Dani and Nate the owners helped me create a wonderful wedding shower event for about 60 guest. They were so accommodating with table placement and providing excellent catering. We had the open bar and the weather cooperated where we were able to enjoy their beautiful outdoor space as well.
