Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Huber Heights

Had an issue ordering which made me quite brute. The General Manager came to assist me as I was VERY unpleased with the outcome of my order.

I was so upset and it was "Just One Of Those Days" that I found myself being VERY rude while she was being VERY PROFESSIONAL, CATERING & POLITE!

She confirmed the remake of my order to my liking while remaining composed and I calmed down. I was so livid about the rudeness of the young lady who answered the phone that I began to write a review but the General Managers Kindness & Professionalism stopped me right in my tracks! ☹

I finally got home with my well made order and felt overwhelmed with shame and guilt that I called the store and apologized to her for my behavior.😥

What was so ironic is that I was so busy today that all I was able to eat was fast food, and each of my experiences had been a disaster with deplorable customer service. By the time I had come to my last fastfood stop which was here, and it began bad; I had had enough.😡

Funny my last Fast Food stop at the end of my VERY BUSY day an angel appeared through that General Manager and drew me to tears because my rude retaliative behavior towards her mirrored back to me how I had been treated all day and I realized I was not only hurting, but I was also wrong.😔

I wish I can give this place less than a one . From the manager to the lady cutting the pizza employees were rude . I work at a school near by and we decided to have a pizza party. I order my pizza the day before thinking little Caesar will deliver , because that’s what the manger made it seem like it was . The party stared at 2:00, I waited until 2:15 to pick it up due to no deliver . Mind you I was already late when I got there my order was not ready because. The system was missed up . The manger told me it would take 10 minutes to make my pizza, it took 30 minutes . The lady cutting the pizza , drop a utensil that took the pizza out the pan . She was not in a rush to put in the sink; so I asked her if she use a clean utensil to retrieve my pizzas out of the oven . She became upset and began to fuss loudly to her co worker about me asking her to switch utensils , she said I am not triflin I was going to switch utensils . Since she was Landry , I feel she became passive aggressive and took her time to get my pizza out . By the time the pizza where ready it was 2:45 , my student bus leave at 3:15 . They did not eat lunch because they were excited for the pizza . I am more upset about this because this place ruined my students experiencing a pizza party . The manager or no one tried to compensate for the time it took for the pizzas either . Never again will I order from little Caesar’s for a school event...

The only reason they are getting a 1 star is because it won't let you do any less. I went here last night mind you I called on my way up there stayed on hold until I got there which was a 23 minute drive from where I was then got there sat in the lobby waiting to be taken care of for another 15 minutes so I could order and they told me they weren't taking any more because they stop taking orders a half hour before they close. I then told them get me the manager because no I sat on hold for 23 minutes then sat in the store for another 15 for you to refuse me service not okay. The manager was extremely rude no customer service at all she told me she didn't care I had been there or called even showing her my phone and saying this is yalls number right and she said yes I don't care we don't answer our phones we don't have staff to do so but yet there were 5 people in the back just talking while she was also back there on her phone. Then when I said I was calling corporate continued to say go for it won't be the first or the last time someone's called corporate on us they won't do anything about it anyway. This is unacceptable behavior and very poor management the workers and manager all act snobby and are disrespectful to their customers they really need to get all new employees and managers here or close it down because they never have any hot and ready pizzas then don't want to take orders...
