This is a 1 now. The last few months have included giving the wrong prescription entirely once (to something I donât even take) and giving the wrong instructions 2 other times. Go somewhere else if you can, this is unsafe at this point.
Lowering this to 2 from 3 because the bad is now far more often than the good. The system claimed they didnât have a prescription there, contacted the doctor and was given proof that it was sent, and when talking to a person at the pharmacy the claim was suddenly that the doctor said not to fill it yet. It got filled several days later, but at my next appointment it turns out the doctor never said that either! Things occasionally go okay here but itâs more often something dumb with this being the worst Iâve seen yet.

This place feels really hit or miss, at least at the pharmacy. If you get one of the good ones youâre getting quick service and a borderline 4-5 rating.    Read moreMy son has ADHD. His medication is hard to get so the doctor gives hand written prescriptions in case we need to go somewhere other than our pharmacy. I went to three places on Monday and could not get it filled. Finally Walgreens on Brandt told me they had it and to come back in an hour. So I came back in an hour and they gave me 5 pills and said to come back Wednesday for the remaining 25. So I came back Wednesday and they said it wasnât ready to come back in 30 min. I came back in an hour and they said it wasnât ready to come back in 15 min. I came back in 15 minutes and they told me they donât have it itâs in back order. They said they had it at another location but now I would have to call the doctor and have it sent to that location.
If they didnât have the medicine they should have told me that up front and I could have tried another place. Now I have to get the doctor involved and jump through hoops to get it. This was highly unnecessary and could have been avoided. Itâs a plain case of incompetence. This is no way to do business and no way to treat a customer.

They just run scripts that cost 100âs of dollars with no explanation, then come to find out after itâs been paid many times itâs a something so simple like a quantity issue. They will not pull up coupons on line for the best price possible âthey donât have internetâ is what they say. They are LAZY! and not costumer service friendly.
