Fire Hot Chicken — Restaurant in Huber Heights

To guy at the register, I said I'd leave a review so here's an honest one. Fire Hot Chicken was awesome! For a busy Friday night, my wait less than 10 min. which is perfectly fine even if it wasn't a busy night. You guys were making my food fresh and that is worth a short wait. Chicken was perfectly crispy, large pieces, and the seasoning on the No Heat Tenders was fantastic! My wife does not do heat at all, and they honestly looked spicy, so we were concerned. But nope, they were just delicious and my wife devoured them. Super satisfying! And your fries...can you sell them by the bucket? I'll take 5 gallons, please. Best in the area by far. I had the sliders with the fire heat level. Great as well and the spice was on point. Although, I liked the chicken so much that I think I'm just going to go for the tenders next time. Really loved the seasoning and the size of the tenders. Next time I must try them spicier. The fries were something otherworldly. I usually don't like French fries because they get stiff and flavorless, but this place has nailed it. They are soft inside crispy on the outside and you can absolutely tell that they change their oil on a regular basis. I would stay away from the Mac and cheese though and the bread. I took one bite of theac and cheese and threw it away and the bread tasted like it was almost gone bad before it was toasted. I will give them the benefit of the doubt, however as it was almost closing when I ordered and they were still friendly (didn't feel rushed to order and leave). Overall good and affordable. Picked up a 2 piece meal with fries, bread, and pickles for 11.99. I got the blazin. For it being their hottest, I did expect it to be hotter than it was. But it still has a good heat to it, I would not recommend blazin unless you like that kind of stuff. Plus it wasn’t just heat, it had flavor too which was really good. Also got some mild and no heat for the kids. It still came with Nashville seasoning on it, but it wasn’t Nashville hot. The seasoning is very good. Our 2 through 10 year olds ate it and enjoyed it.
