18-Dec-2023 2:15 p.m. ET On this day we were in the middle of a nor'easter, wind blowing, deluge of rain coming down. Went to this location after ordering online. There was a problem with the online order so I had to talk to someone about it first.
I parked in the rear, ran to the back door, it was locked without a sign on it. Ran back to the car, drove around to the front, ran to the front door in the rain, it was locked without a sign on it. No signage anywhere other than hours of operation - closing at 10:00 p.m.. There was one car in the front parking lot near where I parked and the place was lit up.
Ran back to the car (I am now completely drenched from the downpour), went to the drive-thru. Looking inside, it looked vacant. I leaned on the car horn. A woman came from out back with the drive-through headset on her head.
I asked her why the doors were locked, she said in her broken English "only drive-thru." I asked to see a manager, she said there "no manager." I asked if she could help with the online order issue that I was having, she said she could not. She told me I would have to go around the drive through again and reorder.
This garbage location has gone downhill to its lowest point. No signage about only drive-thru? One employee on site with no manager? Unacceptable. I will never, ever come back to the Hudson, NH location again. And now I have to go to my credit card company to get my money back for an order I...
Read moreAwful service. Went to the drive thru around 4:30 pm on a Saturday. There were 2 cars ahead of me and it literally took at least 15 minutes to get through. The woman at the window apologized and claimed there were only 2 of them working there. If they can't get workers there is something terribly wrong! This really should be a no stars review. I just tried this place again. Sat at the drive through for 5 minutes without anyone taking an order. I tried talking anyhow - nothing. I tried honking my horn - nothing! As I leave without ordering I see 1 person inside just seemingly wandering around behind the counter. And it's not like it was busy, there might have been 1 car in the parking lot! So once more I decide to give this place a shot. I pull up to the drive through and sit there for 5 minutes without getting service. It was about 7:30 at night so there SHOULD be someone there. Read moreThe app picked the wrong location for my first time online order so I could use T-Mobile offer. Young man (teenager?) was very short with me and rude and said since it was a totally different the wrong order was placed (hudson, ma versus Hudson nh) there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager given the way he was speaking with me and his refusal to try to help and he refused to get one. I said there is always something that can be done and he escalated the situation by saying yeah I can tell you to leave. I told him I am not acting in a way for you to escalate the situation to that level and he agreed but said “but your going to get that way.” I’ve had issues with this place before but this kind of takes the cake. Really wanted to keep giving them business because they always look dead but I guess this will be better for my waistline not going...
