Very impressed with the dedication to customer service. I was visiting family in town and we decided to grab lunch from D'Angelos. I placed my order online. When I got to the store, the manager was on the register. Very pleasant and friendly guy. Made sure all was good and thanked me for my business. While waiting for our order to be finished. My granddaughter watched in delight the friendly pizza chef making a pizza behind the glass. Manager thanked me again as he handed me my order and really made me feel that I was appreciated. When I got back to the house, I discovered an error had been made on my order. My Number 9 was just a steak and cheese. I was disappointed, and decided to call the store. The manager remembered be and apologized profusely. And he went out of his way to make it right for me. It kinda stunk that an error was made, but that kinda stuff can happen anywhere. The pleasant service experienced in the store, and the way the manager made sure to make everything right after the error more than makes up for the simple mistake.    Read moreI ordered 2 subs for delivery and waited over an hour for my food the app said it was completed but I still hadn't received my order so I called the store and the guy said oh yes it's still here we will get a delivery driver to bring it to you ASAP. I waited another 20 mins before calling again he said oh I had a feeling you were going to call back we can't get anyone to deliver it to you idk what to do. He sat in silence on the phone so I suggested we pick it up and he said yes. I am not happy. I paid a good amount plus paid for delivery fees and a tip and had to pick up my own order....
   Read moreThe server taking the order didnât have a good attitude. We ordered 3 large subs, 30 mins later we received our order and we noticed there were not enough veggies. Small amount of veggies and lump of cheese were just in one corner of the footlong sub. The server came to ask us how it was, so we told her honestly and showed her, and here reactions was at least there is veggie and walked away. We just had the 4â sub with veggies and left the place. There was no point of talking to anyone. She should have corrected the order, but no just waked about with attitude. Worst...
