Visited this location to do some work and have a coffee while my husband was at the gym around the corner. Although Google said they close at 11, i was informed that only the drive thru is open that late. I was then told that the lobby closes at 9. Although it was 8pm, they didn't have any decaf iced or green tea because they were "about to close the lobby" The guy working made me something incredibly sweet and likely not decaf, but i decided to make the best of it since the gym closes at 9. Whilst working the two employees got in an argument, which was incredibly awkward to try to work next to, and then i was kicked out of the lobby at 8:50. One star only because no stars is not an option to place a review. Not worthy of even the one star! Went in today, early afternoon, 3 staff that I could see. Drive through was busy and the girl working the window was working her tail off, however even though she visually saw me and my daughter, and the line behind me grow, she never said a word! No one had the courtesy, not even the decency to acknowledge us to say ‘be with you in a minute’. I stood at the counter waiting to be waited on for 15 minutes, not exaggerating!!! Worst Dunkins I have ever been too. Pretty much guaranteed they're going to screw something up not once a month not once a week but on a daily basis. From croissant being burnt around the edge to Being cold like it literally just came out of the fridge. And you learn something every day I never knew that egg was a meat, six dollar meal deal comes with bacon I ordered it with no meat meaning I didn't want any bacon just egg and cheese and ended up with a grilled cheese who knew.
