I gave the drive thru staff in full detail what I wanted she even called it back out to me get to the window she hands me a small box with 3 chicken strips no sides hadn't made him a drink yet so she said 13 76 I said for a 3 piece strip that comes in a combo. I said where his sides I finally paid for the 13$ of chicken strips no fries no bread nothing well I didn't no she hadn't even. The girl at the window said I could get an 8pc chicken tender which came to $18.49 itself! Everything else we got was way cheaper including a full combo. I called and tried to address the situation after my husband pointed out it was too much money and to go look at the menu online. We called trying to address the situation first person that answered said “you’re just now noticing this?” She hands me over to the manager I try to explain that I’m not familiar with the menu and was told wrong. The cook decided to come out from his position and shake his head like my order was an inconvenience to him. I hate you get paid to cook and I just ordered over a hundred dollars of my earned money to buy chicken so you can get paid and have your job. No professialism.
