McDonald's — Restaurant in Hudson

My last two times here have been abysmal. The third shift people don't care at all. I had one double quarter pounder that was so burnt on one side I could have used it to scrub my car.

And then today i ordered and i heard the cook swearing about it. So he decided to put ketchup and grease over each and every sandwich (5 total). My kids didn't care, but the principal still remains. And those of you who think that this is what you expect from any business. Why don't you just give me your money since you have no problem giving it away for poor - and in this case, virtually non-existent - service.

Anyway, go the the one in Nashua, they give a f&$*

I went to grab some breakfast and when I opened the bag I was pleasantly surprised. Someone had take the extra few seconds to neatly arrange and layer the sandwiches in the bag rather than throw them in. Also, they wrapped them with care making sure each label on the paper showed the correct item and even placed them all label side up so it was easy to identify. Seems like something small, but this is great when you have multiple different items.

Morning team you rock! If only the closing crew could get it together and maintain the consistent level of service that is promoted at the start of shift. Ultimately this enforcement falls on management, but one motivated worker (like the one who carefully wrapped, and stacked my bag of food) will always be overshadowed by a mediocre worker (the lazy, inconsiderate child who intentionally messed up my food).

Went to grab some breaky at 10.30 and they had already swapped menus entirely. I'd get it if it was 10.50, but what is the point of saying breakfast till 11, if that's not...

I went to this McDonald's then I got two double cheeseburgers with just ketchup and onion only when I got the sandwiches the cheese was not even melted on the burger the bread dough is dry the kids inside were playing around joking having a good time I waited at least 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru waiting for my mail I also ordered a 6 piece nugget and only got five wasn't what turning around and saying anyting because they probably would have done something else to my sandwich not saying they would or not but just saying the kids the manager that was on shut up spend a little bit more strict with them there is another McDonald's in Windham New Hampshire that the lady that takes the order is wicked rude and they have multiple complaints about her but she still works there I don't understand how somebody that is rude to customers for customer service is...

This was the freshest and best quality of food we have gotten. We visit 3 other locations more regularly and this was the first time coming to the Hudson location. The 2 double cheeseburgers were made correctly with our customizations, the burgers were fresh and juicy with the perfect amount of sauce and it was put together without cheese halfway off the burger and other ways we have gotten it from other places. They really were good for McDonald's. Plus our fries were salty, fresh, and soft instead of stale, tasteless, and so old and dried out you choke on them like in other locations. Plus the customer service was pleasant and didn't have us waiting for 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a small frie. Good job Hudson 10 PM...
