Papa Gino's — Restaurant in Hudson

Ordered XL The Works and an order of bone-in buffalo wings. Very very disappointing. For $13.19 got EIGHT, 8 scrawny little chicken wings($1.65 each) and what was supposed to be a sixteen(16) inch XL pizza. Extremely disappointed. The 16 inch pizza was also scrawny, 15 inches which had a LOT of just crust. We have been happy with this Papa Gino's in the past but had stopped ordering from Domino's for the very same reason: Higher price, this order was over $50 with taxes, delivery charge, driver tip Lower-lesser quantity Lower-lesser quality Bottom line: Papa Gino's appears to be doing what so many other businesses are doing: Raising prices, shrink the product, smaller quantity of product, lesser quality in the product.

Ok, well, only thing we can do is to NOT order from them anymore. I'd rather go to Hannaford and get a frozen Red Baron or Digiorno pizza and frozen wings, where I know what I'm getting for my money, than to order from Papa Gino's and get REALLY disappointed by ordering from there, paying over $50 and getting REALLY disappointed that I paid that much for such poor product. No more ordering from this Papa Gino's. We're done. Be warned. Buyer beware if...

( Updated from 1 star to 5 because the general manager saw how upset my wife and I were and instead of just letting it be, called us and apologized for our experience and made everything right. he even assured us that the employees would be talked to so this doesn’t happen again to anyone else. Thankful there are people who still truly care about their customers!)

I normally don’t write reviews but this was my worst pizza experience ever. They took an extra 25 minutes making our pizzas, and when they came out they forgot one so we had to wait another 15 minutes. No big deal… we get it, you are short-staffed, but when I asked the manager what she could do to help me out, she had a bad attitude and said, “you’ll get your pizza either way, so I can’t take it off your order.” My wife and I hadn’t done anything wrong but we’re punished for it. We still have yet to receive any money back even tho she insisted on taking $5 off. Not going...

I've tried over and over to give this place a shot. The people are super friendly and kind, but the products themselves are getting worse and worse. I'm so disappointed because I really used to like them. Their pizza used to be my favorite but now it's so so. Their french fries were amazing but they've recently switched up the recipe and now they're bland and soggy. My last straw was ordering mozzerella sticks and expecting mozzerella sticks. What I got instead was breading that was empty save for a bare coating of some overcooked cheese. Not just one either. Every single stick was 90% breading with the saddest hard scrap of cheese.
