Very disappointed. Ordered espresso, she made me an espresso and coffee with wilk (and whatever). Told her to give me 3 bags or raw sugar , she took my coffee ?! I told her that I want 3 bags of raw sugar , she gave me 2 bags of sugar … That she gave me 3rd one , after I asked again . She didnt listen anything I was saying . She is very young so no biggy really.
Espresso !!! Trust me - I am kind of expert for espresso coffee. This “espresso” has NOTHING TO DO WITH ESPRESSO, but literally NOTHING. This is not espresso. This taste like orange juice more than espresso. This is not even a coffee, it can’t be considered as coffee. I throw it away.
5 stars because the girl is young and will learn how to behave and you obviously don’t know anything about espresso so it is what it is .

Update/next day. I stopped here again for a coffee. Girl was very kind and professional (she learned how to behave). Espresso/I thought that day before it wasn’t my day or coffee machine was dirty or something else , but no! Your espresso is the far worst espresso I had ever have in my entire life . It literally isn’t even a coffee. It can’t be considered as espresso, can’t even be served as a coffee. I ll not stop here again for a coffee, I ll remember this place for the worst espresso ever . This isnt the one i usually go to, but i stopped here on my way to town for breakfast, staff was nice and friendly but they got not only my coffee wrong but my burrito was half cold (like they microwaved with hotspots). Unfortunately i didn't have time to turn around to get it fixed so i called in, the lady told to email their customer support and that they handle all that, so i went and did that and a guy named Sloan responded and apologized, then asked if i had an account on their app and what my loyalty number was. Read moreI have been coming to this location for almost four years, pretty much daily on my way to work. Today, was a blast. The woman in front of me was holding up the drive through line clearly not paying attention. When she got to the window, she proceeded to tell the employee in the drive through that she was trying to update her app, to which the employee told her to take her time. The woman than told her about me honking at her for holding up the line to which the employee apologized and not only gave her her order for free, but proceeded to give her a card for a free drink next time as well. Shouldn’t the apology be to those behind her for allowing her to hold everyone up? When I was greeted at the window with sarcasm and attitude, that was a super nice touch.
