Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Hugo

I'm sharing this review in hopes the manager or owner of this location can help with the issue. I would be willing to change the review later. The last two times I've ordered here my pizzas have had issues, and it's from the same employee. Tonight it is 1-6 at 5:30 pm, a high school guy it looks like. Anyways, the first time I ordered a pan pizza the crust was not formed at all and flopped over the sides, I was actually taken aback and I asked him to form the dough a little and add more of a couple toppings since it was so light. He pressed in a few inches and stopped, and then I gave up. This last time tonight I ordered the large 2 topping special, and the toppings were very light. Usually papa murphy's is generous with their toppings but this was at least half the normal, even a third of the normal toppings. Both pizzas were online order pick ups, otherwise I would ask for more or the normal amount of toppings as he was making it. I just want the manager to re-train this particular employee on appropriate topping amounts and how to form the pizza. He's friendly and all, just not great at making pizzas...yet. For me it doesn't make me want to come back as often as the price would not be worth the pizzas the way they are coming out. Anyways, not trying to be mean to this employee, just know he can improve the experience for all customers with a little more...

I get a pizza here probably once a week ... most of the time the $5 sausage special which I take home and add onions and more shredded cheese before shoving into the oven. Y-u-m-m! Most of the staff recognize me when I walk in the door ... and know what I'm getting even before I open my mouth. Very friendly and extraordinarily quick to make my pizza if a $5 special isn't already pre-made and waiting in the cooler!

Tip: Don't forget to get your "whatever-it's-called card" stamped each time ... because after the dozenth pizza, you get a freebie! Likewise, use the coupon on the enclosed baking instruction sheet: Just fill out the online Papa Murphy survey -- which gives you a number you print on the coupon -- which you hand to the cashier on your next Papa Murphy visit -- which gets you a free batch of (in my case) chocolate chip cookie dough -- which is a perfect ending to a...

Went online and placed my order at 3 pm and had it to be picked up at 5 pm. I got to the store at 5:15 and my 3 pizzas were not ready, they were busy so I could understand. I proceeded to wait for another 30 mins for my pizza to be made, meanwhile, other customers who hadn't even ordered ahead of time were getting their pizzas before me. I used to work at this location and I know for a fact it does not take more than 2-3 Mins to make any given pizza on the menu.

While I was waiting multiple employees at multiple different times were yelling across the store, and into their backroom, making it very loud, and uncomfortable to be in that restaurant. At one point another customer and I looked at each other and just laughed.... Very poor and disappointing experience...
