Great pizza, very light not a heavy pizza the crust was crispy more of an artisanal style pie. You can taste the quality in the toppings & sauce they use. We have had take out & dine in several times since they have opened a few months ago. Very nice staff both English & Spanish so easy ordering for anyone that lives here in Palmas or is here for a visit. Nice change to have more options & staff was friendly and helpful. Xavier was very nice when he brought out our pie yesterday & nice cold mugs for our beer made sure to ask if anything else was needed.. Just had a pizza from here for the first time. It was a pick-up. My wife was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and I was there in 15 minutes and waited 15 more minutes -not good, but not too bad. When I got the box it was so light I had to sneak a peek to see if it was a large pizza - it was by size, but not by toppings. Very "light" on the toppings and there was no green pepper which was on the order and if there was "extra cheese" as ordered if wasn't apparent. Ordered a cheese and pepperoni and a pizza with only cheese was delivered. Manager refused to give a refund because she said “you already ate it” So the manager is saying she would deliver a pizza and then come back and pick it up if it was wrong???
