First visit to Cubbie's. Shop is small and decor is uninspired. Everything is minimalistic and gray. There were two teenagers working. No customers in the shop. One girl greeted us and was absolutely lovely. After I ordered my ice cream from the nice girl, the other girl behind the counter began rudely rushing my adult daughter to decide on a flavor. We hadn't even been in the store for 5 minutes at this point. My daughter had sampled one flavor and was going to ask for a sample of another flavor. But the one teenager obviously didn't want customers to have a good experience and pushed her to order. Our orders were just placed on the top of the ice cream case. No "here you go" or handing them to us. Almost didn't realize that we had to get our own spoons from a container on the counter by the register. Kinda gross to keep spoons out where money is handled. The Rude girl was also the one who rang us up. She did not speak much during the transaction. Only asked how I was paying and gave me the total. Just pointed to the chip reader and then flipped the screen around when the tip prompt came up and walked away.

We didn't bother looking at any of the merchandise or grab and go cases as we felt unwelcomed. We left the store and the only places to eat are on the deck. There was a lot of traffic so we couldn't even have a conversation.

Overall disappointed. I've heard so many people, including my younger kids, say how much they enjoy this place, but I will not be back. The ice cream was not worth the price. The experience definitely...

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. The owner is an absolute doll! She has a smile that can brighten anyones day! At first I was a little hesitant about visiting because I really enjoyed the previous ice cream shop/store that was located here. But that all disappeared as soon as I walked in. This place has a completely different vibe and is so welcoming! You can find tables inside that have cards, games and books. When in the warmer months, she offers bubbles and outdoor things to do on the deck.

If you’re a coffee and ice cream fan, I recommend getting a cold brew float! AMAZING!!

This is hands down one of my favorite small business to support! Go find out for yourself- you won’t be...

Cubby's is a very cute shop with great staff and solid ice cream. I went with toasted coconut, salted caramel, and coach potato. The first two were pretty soft, especially considering the shop had opened only an hour earlier. I liked the taste of both, but they really were too soft. Couch potato, which is like tin roof sundae with chocolate covered potato chips instead of nuts, was well refrigerated, though, and was very tasty - though I could have done without the chips, if I'm honest.

Lots of seating inside - it's really quite cute. The ingredients are locally sourced, which is nice, too. I could have handled more flavors to choose from, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't...

Excellent ice cream, lots of sprinkles, and great value. The “single” is pretty good for an after dinner dessert, I could barely finish it. The coffee ice cream was very good. I get coffee ice cream most ice cream shops I go to and it’s really hit or miss. This coffee ice cream was excellent. The waffle cones were big and sturdy. They have a sprinkle bar where you can top your own ice cream. Lots of seating inside, lots outside. Plenty of room for even a large party. They also have some sodas and ice cream in containers to go.

This is the first time I came here, I had the lemon sherbet on a waffle cone. Best lemon sherbet and waffle cone I ever had. My grandson got the cotton candy favored ice cream with sprinkles. The sprinkles cost an extra dollar to put on, but it was worth it. They even had a table outside set up with blocks and other things to keep the kids busy. Very kid friendly and a nice little family owned spot. I forgot to take a picture of my ice cream waffle cone because I was too busy eating it, It was so good. Lol
