Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I visited Baskin Robbins with my kids after checking Google Maps for a place to enjoy some ice cream. We were celebrating a special occasion and arrived at 8:55 PM, planning to have a quick treat before bedtime. The store hours on Google Maps showed they closed at 10 PM, so we thought we had plenty of time to sit and enjoy our ice cream for about 10–15 minutes.

However, right after purchasing our ice cream, the staff told us we had to leave. It was very cold outside, and eating ice cream in my new Tesla with three kids was not ideal. I explained this, but they insisted we leave, claiming there was a sign somewhere about this policy. I didn’t see any notice, and they should have informed us before selling us the ice cream. Instead, the staff rudely opened the door and told us to go.

This was especially disappointing as we were trying to celebrate, and the experience was far from enjoyable. Customers deserve more respect and clear...

Went tonight to Baskin-Robbins Huntington Beach off Warner. I’ve been going there for many years. There were two young attendants. I tried to explain to them. I want two scoops in one cup two scoops of another cup. They could not understand it after several questions I thought we had it resolved. I arrive home and find 4 1:2 scoops in one cup I was upset. I called and spoke to the lady who said she was the manager and there’s nothing she could do but if I want to bring it in, she could separate it into two cups. but why bring it in? She said you could do that at home. I’ll be calling tomorrow to speak to the franchisee and I’ve also called corporate. This is unacceptable. $13 for 4 half scoops. I will be doing by business now ...

This location on Springdale and Warner is my new go to for Birthday cakes! I’ve been to another BR and the service and quality was terrible! I highly recommend ordering from this location bc the options are many and the customer service was amazing! I was treated as if I was purchasing something much more expensive.
