I've been to this specific location several times previously. I'm usually driving past around midnight to 3am (what they affectionately call the fourth meal), so it's late with minimal drive through customers. In the past, I'd order something simple like a single Del Beef Burrito; which I felt was a bit light compared to other Del locations.
In the past week, I've stopped twice, and both times left me feeling ripped off:
The first of the two times, I again ordered the Del Beef Burrito and this time added a Del Taco (you know, the big one). I payed, parked in the parking lot next door, and began to eat. Again the Del Beef Burrito felt light (looked almost like a hefty roller, making TacoHell look good) and the Del Taco was in a small shell (what is this tiny thing). I looked at the receipt to make sure what I ordered was in fact what they charged me for; it was! This saddened me, but I just ate my food and moved on.
This last time seemed like a total failure. I had a digital coupon for two free Del Tacos (from the new mobile app). I was quite hungry this time; okay my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I ordered a medium drink, two Del Beef Burritos, and the two Del Tacos (I even told them I had the coupon). When I got to the window they told me the total, then I showed them the digital coupon. They scaned it, but apparently it didn't work, as they asked for it again, oh again, oops didn't work again, again, oh okay (sounded like it worked this time) they provided me the total again. I handed them cash, got my change and an order, and drove to park'n'eat. No receipt, but it's at this moment I realized, the total they told me the second time was the total they told me the first time. Did they not get the coupon to go through and not bother to say so? Again, I'll ignore it and move on, they seemed a bit busier than normal - at least 4 cars in the drive-thru. The drink was right, the two Del Beef Burritos weren't like rollers (but I've still seen TacoHell bean and cheese bigger than these), and again the tacos were not Del big... this is getting to be very concerning! Not only did my food come out light (I say this compared to other Del Taco locations), but I ended up waisting a digital coupon that they didn't even bother to tell me didn't go through.

I once gotten any sort of discount code or free menu item because of their mess up. That is why I'm rating the service is oe star food is Hit or Miss sometimes depending on what you get and what time you get it at. I know the restaurant will probably never read this but I have tried getting somebody from the management to contact me a while back in regards to how they handle these sort of discrepancies and nobody responded. So this is the only way that hopefully I can help somebody else in the future because their upper management obviously doesn't care to reach out to their employees and let them know that they need to start checking food instead of just throwing everything in a bag and...

Me and some friends came to this location during the night on our way home from a friends house and the guy who took our order was very rude and unprofessional. First of all we couldn’t understand him since he spoke no English, second of all when I asked Him to repeat the total he got an attitude and shouted through the drive thru. So we pull up to grab our food and it takes him 15 minutes to get our order done. Right before we’re about to leave we ask for a water cup and the guy literally says “uuuugh” then rolls his eyes and hands us our water cup.
