Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I went in, started looking at the menu and the female worker there never looked at me or acknowledged me walking in. She took her time to even come walk over to the register to take my order. That was whatever but then she just stood there, never greeted me, asked if I needed time, nothing. Stood there a while waiting for her to at least say “let me know when you’re ready” or maybe a “hello.” .Never looked at me, acknowledged me besides walking up to the register, so I just turned around and walked out without saying a word. You waste my time, I waste your time. I would never treat a customer like that. Never returning, and that was me giving you guys a chance. I've been coming here for awhile as the food is great at an affordable price, but I had to leave a review after my experience today.

Last night, my spouse and I accidentally placed an order after hours to be available ASAP! I went up to the location after work the next day to explain and the catering manager Christie was probably the kindest person I've ever met about the situation.

I explained our mistake to Christie and she was very empathetic. She understood my core concerns about refunding the charge, addressed those concerns, gave me a timeline on when those changes would hit our account, and even gave us her card in case things didn't go according to plan (do they ever? Haha).

I left feeling completely relieved, and I'll definitely be back to visit such...

This Jimmy John’s said they ran out of bread for the large subs so they made my order with the skinny rolls. It really was ridiculously small and didn’t taste good. They wouldn’t remake the sandwiches say the hot rolls were just baked couldn’t be use the rolls came out of the oven when I walked in. What restaurant thinks it’s ok to just make different sandwiches and the customer will be satisfied with them? All they had to do was wait for the rolls to be finished baking.
