McDonald's — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

To McDonald's on Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach, I am extremely disappointed in your store! I have over 35000 points in my app from using your store on a regular basis, and last night might have been the last time I ever come there. Last night(4/14/24 @745pm) I was treated with complete disrespect by your drive through person and your managers on shift. I was lied to and belittled by your managers and your drive through person was not truthful in what she was saying about how I acted. I won't continue as a patron if I am going to pay $20 an hour prices while receiving $5 an hour service. Your manager had a duty to make it right last night and instead took the opportunity to tell me how wrong I was. What ever happened to the adage that the customer is always right? I am expecting a response to this review if I am ever to spend my hard earned money in your store ever again. If I owned and operated a store where a customer was willing to leave because of how my employees treated that customer, I would want to find out what happened while making it right. I also plan to get in touch with corporate to let them know how much I did not appreciate your store treating me with such disrespect while being a loyal customer. Today I experienced the slowest service in a fast food restaurant. I walk-in because I notice the line in drive-thru was long. I placed my order to go at 10:45 am, 15 mins before breakfast menu was over. When I placed my order I noticed it was crowded but usually sunday mornings are this way. Crew members kept repeating to be patient because they were short staff. So I said ok I will be patient. 45 mins passed by and my order wasn't ready. People around started to get frustrated and asked for refunds but I decided to keep waiting a little longer. Them I notice that, people who order after me, were getting their orders. I approached the desk to asked about my order, and I was told my order was erased by mistake. Crew took over an hour to delivered my order. That was just ridiculous, the only apology I got was "I am sorry we are short staff, I am frustrated as you are". Not a partial refund, an upgrade on my drinks or a compliment item. I think I was patient enough to wait the time I did. My food was not hot enough. I did not get condiments with my order.I came to Mcdonald's because I needed something fast, since I was running errands. evrrytime I go there is somthing wrong with my order ! The emplyoees are lack the people skills . they act like they do not want to be there and do not put any energy in thier work. I will no longer come to this store . Mcdonalds should take a page out of in n outs trainging manuel. The guys and gals at in n out want to be there they hair is is done and they uniforms are clean. you ask for somthing there is a smile on thier face and if there is an upcharge not a problem because of the way treat people I would pay it with a smile.
