Brew Story Coffee Roastery offers a cozy ambiance with around 6 tables, ideal for chilling or studying. The in-house roastery machine adds to the charm, showcasing their commitment to fresh coffee. Unfortunately, their matcha was sold out during our visit, prompting us to try other drinks. We ordered the Sweet Corn Latte, which impressed with a rating 5 out of 5. Its unique flavor profile was enjoyable and well-executed. However, the Iced Vietnamese Egg Coffee fell short with a 1 out of 5 rating. The strong egg taste overwhelmed the weak coffee, resulting in a disappointing experience. I wouldn't recommend this particular drink. Brew Story Coffee Roastery not only offers a cozy ambiance and innovative drinks but also shines in customer service. When they mistakenly served us the wrong drink, they promptly replaced it without hesitation, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction. Despite the mixed experience, we're intrigued to return and give their matcha a try based on its popularity. Brew Story Coffee Roastery shows promise with its ambiance and innovative offerings, making it a place worth revisiting.

The first time we visited was on a Friday morning. It was so chill—no line at all, and we got our drinks in just five minutes. We tried three drinks. MAMA LATTE was my favorite—so rich in matcha and incredibly creamy. I loved it! 12 out of 10. The Banana Cream Latte was creamy and sweet; if you love bananas, you’re going to die for this drink. The Tiramisu Americano wasn’t incredible—the cream was nice and rich, but it might be better suited for a latte. The second time we visited was on a Tuesday morning, and there was no line again. This time, I tried the Coconut Cloud Matcha—so creamy and nice, but lighter than the MAMA LATTE. If you love sweeter matcha, I’d definitely recommend this one. The Salted Caramel Cream Top Latte was nice and basic, though a little too salty. However, I tried it before mixing—maybe it balanced out afterward. The ROBUSTA DEAD EYE was the strongest coffee I’ve ever had! The barista said it’s Vietnamese coffee (if I didn’t mix it up). Definitely worth trying if you’re in Orange County!

found this spot on the way to the beach because I wanted some banana matcha. I ordered the banana matcha and told them to make it sweeter since I like mine on the sweet side. the little crunchies on top were a cute addition and made the matcha taste better. I personally still could’ve used a tad more sweetener but I really enjoyed it. my fiancé liked his drink as well. they have a lot of space inside and such an aesthetic vibe. definitely a nice chill spot to hangout + they had a lot of parking. I’m glad we found this place!

First experience here and honestly I don’t recommend and I won’t return. Me & my friends placed an online order at 11:02AM and we got at the shop at 11:08. It said it would be ready around 11:17, so we waited. The whole time everybody who ordered online and in-person got their orders before us. It was packed so we didn’t ask them bc we didn’t want to interrupt them, however around 11:40 it was less busy so we decided to finally ask them…… our orders were on THEIR kitchen counter (not pickup counter) and they just never called it out 💀💀 (on the online order it said to go to the counter with your name but instead they were calling out ‘Online order for _’ which is why we just waited bc we assumed they would call our names but they never did) and one of my friends ordered a chocolate crossiant online but when we finally asked for our order they had ran out of it. Honestly there are better places out there and the drinks/food was NOT worth the wait. We went to Tatys right after and it was quick and worth it. If they make a better system then I can consider trying again, for ex at Da Vien they have a stand for pickup orders which you can just grab and go. My final statement is if you’re willing to wait and you really want to try it, give it a go, but if you don’t want to wait just go to other...
