Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

I ordered a thin and crispy peperoni and banana pepper pizza, through the Pizza Hut App....which, doesn't allow options for pizza sauce (ie. light, regular, & extra) along with an order of cheesy sticks. The thoroughness of the associates is to confirm the order before preparation. I also will add the person servicing you at the counter should verify the order was completed. I got home and was surprised when I opened the box; I received a regular "PAN PIZZA" (not thin and crispy) with crunchy burnt banana peppers (non-consumable). I also opened the cheesy stick(s) box and say a rectangle cheese bread cut "ONLY" in half - no sticks, along with a cold cup of Marinara dipping sauce! This was the third time; I had tried this particular Pizza Hut. What happen to you guys to go down the path of Poppa John's destruction. Minimum Wage went up and you still have a tip option in the closure of the transaction? I actually tipped thinking that these Associates bust their A$$ES and could use a little extra but, they have attitude from go, they don't have a genuine care for the customer, that keeps them employed, and when I called to resolve it - nothing but attitude as, they didn't want to listen; they just wanted to give only one option so, I through it all out and went down the street to Domino's - who always has had it right for me and when they have a problem with the order they make it right - oh and they are California compliant with no tip line on the app! This was the third time that everything was screwed up - You all were once the best and now your barely even as, good as a frozen pizza - trust, that I'll be sharing this with Yelp and social media as, I have a large following for reviews and retail scams - THE WORST PIZZA PLACE ON EARTH - that will be the title. I have kids at home that were waiting for a dinner surprise and you cost me another hour of my time and insulted by the low intelligent staff...

I ordered a pizza from this location that I have been ordering for 15 yrs. I ALWAYS order pan pizza because I don't like eating plain crust. The girl who answered and took order wanted to charge me for extra cheese when its an ANY topping you want spevial. I asked for the manager after arguing with her got nowhere gave up and just proceeded to order my pizza. They ate suppose to ask you what kind of crust I said pan because I don't like the end crust. She couldn't understand me. I then spoke to her in Spanish. She still didn't understand. She gave the phone to some one else. Who also dint understand. I want a pan pizza with cheese and sauce to edge! I'm in the restaurant now waiting for them to make the 3rd pizza! !! The first was a large pizza with chesse/sauce only in the middle the size of a medium with all the Edges uncovered! I asked to redo. ....the second one came out with only one slice covered to the edge. So now am waiting for the 3rd 3rd to be made. This is unbelievable. Its clear they don't care or listen. To make a customer happy....they dhoild listen and find a solution. To thier pizza problem. I have waited 1/2 he here waiting. They are trying but waiting my time.....retraining needed....I gave 2 star for managers...

Worst experience EVER. Ordered for pickup. Picked up.. got home pizza dough is spoiled or freezer burned. Called got 2 delivered as replacements. Thosewere denied at door because same ordeal and covered in sugar and cinnamon. Called for refund and for worst manager on earth wouldn't return my money though i used my debit card they wanted my numbers again off card i refused because your card is cash.. Waited over an hour called back still no customer service. Got a scoffing different person chaining to be manager that refused to give me his name and i then threatened pleasing charges for theft and volition of my legal right of such return as cash. Ruined our Superbowl dinner. Smh. Never going back. Calling my attorney first...
