I am disappointed. I have been to this place twice and none of them has been at least a satisfactory experience. 1st visit: I went to taco Tuesday. I asked for a couple of fish tacos because I just wanted to give them a try. The female employee told me that I had to order a minimum of five in order to get the $1.00 price, otherwise I would had to pay regular price. I went ahead and placed the order. A few minutes later a non Hispanic male customer came in. The lady in charge asked someone in the kitchen for help translating his request. The guy from the kitchen told the female employee, "We are going to make three fish tacos for him and we won't charge him regular price, we only are going to charge him $1.00 for each". I was in disbelief when I overheard the conversation, but not surprised at all Why such a discrepancy and prefential treatment? I am also a customer; however, my request was denied and his was granted. Unfortunately, this is a reality, most times Hispanics businesses give horrific customer service to other Hispanics; and this was proven once again. This is the reason why I try to avoid Hispanic eateries.
2nd visit: I went back to taco Tuesday. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered five fish tacos. Tortillas in two of them were almost cold and the other three were bearly warm. They had one or two small pieces of fish as big as my pinky finger. I am trying to support local businesses, but unfortunately, food quality is not even close to average and customer service has been deplorable. Definitely I am not...
Read moreI placed a phone/in person order today, for 2 tostadas, an order of tacos gobernador and 2 micheladas. I was overcharged like, at least $25. I showed up, the restaurant was super hot. I seen my order in this hot 93 degree weather day on the counter (remember, no a/c) sitting in the temperature danger zone for raw seafood (take a safeserv class if you don't know what I'm talking about). The cashier ends up saying it's $120 and I'm like, how? If you go to order on grub hub or any other online ordering platform, you can see the tostadas listed for 28$ and the tacos for $11. I called back and asked them why they overcharged me and she said those prices are old. how? You can literally place the order online right now. I told her that and she came up with, those are smaller portions. Mind you, they don't offer smaller portions it's simply one size. Not only that but how can you make 3 tacos into smaller portions? Wild. I won't be returning. The food was below mid. It needed flavor. I added my receipt so you could compare the prices online versus when you order in the restaurant. I was...
Read moreWow, this restaurant I discovered a few weeks ago is absolutely delightful! I just dined there yesterday with my wife and kids and the food is exquisite, and the service provided by our server Maria was beyond words. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the menu and took great care of my wife and kids. I had such a wonderful experience at the restaurant although it’s small, it’s very comforting. Maria was exceptional with everything couldn’t ask for a better server, and it has become one of my new favorite places to enjoy quality time with friends and family. It's really disheartening to come across negative reviews from people who seem to enjoy causing trouble. It's unfortunate that there are individuals like that out there. However, despite that, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant with a perfect 10 out of 10 rating. It's definitely worth experiencing for yourself! 100% Delicious Sinaloense...
