Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Huntington Park

This is probably one of those situations where Canes Management thinks the store manager is doing an amazing job when it's just a great location with the right food and management is a dumpster fire. No syrup for the Diet Coke, no cole slaw, ketchup dispenser is empty, tables dirty, garbage containers full and overflowing... the kids at the registers are very nice and responsive but seems like they have been told to just cheat the customer until they complain (e.g. no cole slaw, you ask about it and then they say "oh yeah we're out, can I get you...."). Told one of them that there is no Diet Cole syrup in the dispenser and her nonchalant response was "yeah I know, none of the diet cole dispensers are working (instead of putting a little sign on it, lots of people only found out after wasting ice and soda water filling their cup). Hopefully Canes management can learn a few things from In N Out ... They would NEVER have let a store get this bad and a Double Double combo is 30% less... Welcome to...

This is the location that made me officially stop eating at this franchise chain. I spend about 350-500.00 a month at this place the last year or so. The management is rude. I drove 10 miles to the nearest location tonight. So I called for a manager. My order was wrong and instead of it being refunded/fixed… I was accused of lying. I was told the transaction wasn’t in the system, regardless of verifying that I made a card transaction. Then I was told to give an order number, but I never got a receipt… the manager was obnoxious, rude, short tempered and REFUSED to give his name. After stating I’d be calling customer service due to the wrong order, far drive, refusal of resolution and poor customer support… He states “That’s fine. Just say L”.

Long story short I ordered a Caniac combo, no fries, no slaw… EXTRA toast. Butter on not sides… that’s NOT what I got. It would also take 20 miles of driving just to have it...

I came here on Saturday and order through drive through a caniac combo and a box combo, both with no coleslaw and extra toast for each. The guy taking the order was very rushed, even though it was not busy at the time. We got the drinks as specified and the food. When I got home to enjoy the food. I had opened the caniac, it had 2 coleslaws, the 6 pieces of chicken, no fries and no toast. The box combo only came with the 2 toast, the chicken and the fries. I was very angry with how extremely wrong they got the order. I even double checked my order at the drive through with the guy taking the order, since he was going so fast.
