I ordered from this Dominos last night at 11:37 PM and was told that the delivery time would be about 30-45 minutes since I was directly beside the Dominos. I waited an hour and a half and decided to call to see what the hold up was. To my surprise I was placed on hold from a laughing employee for over 7 minutes until he finally answered my call and talked in a really snobby tone like he actually had to work now that someone stayed on the line that long, I told him about my situation and he just laughed and said "let me check", he then proceeded to say my order was the next one going out for delivery so I rejoiced and decided to just wait a little longer. Another hour passed for the delivery guy even showed up. In this amount of time I could have driven to Charleston, ate, and came back before this food arrived. To make matters worse when i finally payed and walked back to my room the food was cold and basically seemed as if it had been sitting the entire time when I live just a minutes drive away. As if this wasn't enough to make me never want to order from here again, every single person who ate the Dominos food with me received food poisoning and now we're all sick and can't even function properly because of a horrible running establishment. Take my advice and order Papa John's instead or go...
Read moreThis place is a terrible place to eat and a terrible place to work, managers that do nothing but sit in the office playing bass fishing games on their phone while the one in store has a full screen of orders, also for all those people wondering why it takes 2 hours to get your food when you live less than 3 blocks away, the reason is because the company has made it to where only one driver can take one delivery at a time, so when there are only 3 drivers working and you get 15 orders at once...guess what?...delivery orders after the first 3 are late...and then more orders come in making the problem worse. Also the GM robs his closing drivers of money, he will clock you out 30 min to an hour before you get done cleaning the store at close sometimes more...so effectively after 5 days you've lost 3-5 hours in a work week...now let's get to the food, chances are your order was made with toppings that sat in an unrefrigerated catch tray for hours before being scraped back into containers and used later...I know for a fact they have sold expired product to customers...don't waste your time on this place and someone should call a health inspector on them, there hasn't been one there...
Read moreIt was on OK pizza. I haven't ordered Domino's much since college 40 years ago, but they're one of the few places in town that has roasted red peppers available as a topping. With a coupon code & ordering online I got a 14" hand tossed pizza with sausage, onion, roasted red peppers, extra cheese, extra sauce & garlic dipping sauce for about $10. When I arrived to pick it up the pizza the status screen showed it still had 15 minutes to go which was longer than I expected. One employee asked me my name twice; I gave it to him twice and he said he couldn't find my order. I pointed to the screen and told him it was on there. He walked away. When the screen showed it was ready I asked about it and was told it would be out in a few minutes. Two minutes later another employee saw it sitting there on the table and gave it to me. As I got to my car an employee ran out and told me I forgot my garlic sauce. I told him I didn't forget it - no one...
