I've had two separate occasions where my order was made incorrectly. The first wasn't that big of a deal, and neither was the second. It's more so the points I touch on following the incorrect order scenarios.
I received a cinnamon muffin, after asking for chocolate chip. I didn't check my bag until I got home, and it's a good thing I'm not allergic to cinnamon.
I ordered an ice coffee with almond milk and vanilla flavor shots. I look on my receipt and they marked it as a latte, therefore I received more milk than coffee, and they used vanilla syrup instead of the flavor shots. The result was vanilla syrup milk with a dash of coffee and a lot of ice.
My Main Point: I know this is a new location but it's very concerning for someone who does have allergies. I am not allergic to any items found in the coffee drinks at this time. BUT, I watched a barista put regular milk in my coffee, recognized her mistake, dumped it out, BUT used the same cup that had the regular milk in it before. If someone was allergic to milk, that could have resulted in an allergic reaction. I just advise more caution and training be given to the workers about this specifically. Errors are expected, but make sure they are allergen conscious, and just assume you can't reuse a cup that's had any ingredient put in it that a customer...
Read moreHad to amend my first review. Went back and the food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a medium iced pumpkin spice latte which had zero flavor. I felt like I was just drinking iced milk. I ordered an egg and cheese Crossent which was by far the worst tasting thing. After one bite, I felt like I was going to throw up. (Oh and the sandwich was ice cold and the cheese wasn't even melted). I also ordered two orders or tater tots which were so gross. I can't even begin to describe how mad I was. I spend close to 20$, for nothing. Besides the workers don't even know what they are doing. They don't know how to make the coffee and what's the point of them even putting your order on the screen because they don't even follow it. This by far was the worst experience in life. You definitely won't catch me spending one cent at this place again. It's sad...
Read moreIt's relatively new, and mistakes will be made, I stood waiting for my order, just to watch it be given out in drive thru. 20 minute wait to have inside order. I ask for a coffee with three n three n a "few" pieces of ice, just to see the maker put two scoops in my cup. So I ask just to slow down a lil n listen to what the customer asks. The rest is ok. Need someone to watch the dining floor to clean tables so the next customer can sit n eat at a clean table. Salt n pepper, sugar packs should be at straw n napkin station. As far as customer service it is good. Observing the partial back where the doughnuts are on the racks, all should be covered and when emptying trash cans should be done away from the racks. I've been a regular since grand opening and today was what I observed. Nothing major, just...
