Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in Huntington

Placed an order at 9:08 on a Sunday night. They told me 20-25 mins it would be ready. My husband goes to pick it up, pulls on the parking lot at 9:38. He can see people inside and the open sign is on, but the door is locked. No one will answer the door, WE CAN SEE THE EMPLOYEES RUNNING TO THE BACK OF THE STORE. I called at least 10xs and no one would pick the phone up. He bangs on the door for at least 5 mins. Finally he gets in his truck proceeds to go thru the drive thru so the ringer would go off and they run the lights off at 9:47. I'm fuming. Why even take our order??? Walked in to pick up our carryout order and was ignored by all 3 employees for several min while they stood in front of me talking to each other. Phone was answered and I heard one the girl ask for a last name so I answered thinking she was talking to me (she was not) it was only a few min after that when one of the other girls finally came over and asked for my name and took care of my pickup. I hate to complain publicly, but it would have been nice to have been acknowledged instead of ignored. It was very awkward. I ordered a pizza and spaghetti with meatballs. When I got my delivery, you can tell that it was dropped because the toppings were stuck to the top of the box and pasta half out of the container. I called them, and they said that they would put it in the computer that it was Going to be comped next order. Well, whoever was supposed to put it in and didnt. I was told because it wasn’t put in the computer that was supposed to be fixed next time I called. Well, I was flat out denied in my order wasn’t replaced.
