WOW! Amazing! Super fresh, hot, everything made by hand, yes this includes the crab ragoons and dumplings, the crab ragoons have so much stuffing and a perfect mix, could stand to be a little longer in the fryer as I like a little more crunch, the steamed dumplings are perfection, not to much filling not to little, and perfectly juicy delicious, chicken and veggies the same freshness, chicken fried rice never had better, please keep in mind I'm very picky on my food. Sweet and sour sauce is nice but could stand to be a bit more sour as its so sweet it's like candy, the veggie lo mein is good as well but the noodles a bit soggy, but I give them the benefit of the doubt as this was a delivery order. Now for the bad, just one thing but critical. They forgot any kind of utensils after requesting for chopsticks. Make sure to emphasize you need something to eat their food with, luckily there was 1, only 1 fork where I was at or it would've been a much bigger deal. As good as their food is I can overlook that, yes, it's really that good. I would even go as far as to say they beat panda express, and that is saying a lot. These guys do it right! And prices could actually be a little higher and I would still be very happy with my order which totaled about 25$ including delivery! This order could easily last 2 or 3 days. So if you're in a pinch this place is your sweet spot. Any place must be exceptional for me to...
Read moreAfter today I will NEVER order from here again. We order from here anytime we want Chinese. I called and placed a delivery I ordered for my kids, lunch special for myself and my husband a combination platter. I told the lady combination platter, made sure she heard me, she then repeated my order and said combination platter. When I received my order thy charged me for lunch instead of combination and gave me a lunch size. I called back and was told I would have to make a new order and pay the full price. They gave attitude when I said that the lady before confirmed that I wanted the combo platter NOT the lunch. When my husband talked to them he was told that "his wife needed to learn how to order from the menu", and she implied that I was stupid and didn't know what I was doing. When did that become appropriate behavior for customer service? My husband said he was bringing the food back and wanted a refund. That's when she said ok and you're never allowed to order from here again. Well I don't want to order from there and receive rude customer service all because you all messed up. I think I can live without Number 1 Kitchen, I took my business somewhere else and received...
Read moreI normally place my orders online. Because i was having it delivered to my home address instead of the usual work address, i called in to make sure they do deliver on Sundays. The American woman who answered sounded very aggressive and intimidating, just bitter and hateful. That was the first time ever talking to her and im assuming she may just work weekends or something, at least I hope she does. She alone was almost reason enough for me to give up my favorite Chinese-delivery restaurant. Then it takes exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes for my food to arrive at my house. I was being a little rude with the poor delivery boy until he explained that they had actually put the wrong address on my order and confused it with another. Yet again i choose to blame the bitter woman for the ironic mix up. My chicken is dry, the crab ragoon was good but there was absolutely no sauces included. The food was somehow warm, so I guess that was the brightside to this aweful experience with what id previously been 100% satisfied with...will not be ordering on...
