Starbucks — Restaurant in Huntington

Drive through employee was nice! Phone emp..ehhh. Called to ask what kind of chocolate they added to a double chocolatey chip frappuccino. When they asked what was wrong, I said it didn't have much, if any chocolate flavor. I even question it as they handed it out the window. Only reason why i didn't try it was bc there was a line wrapped around the window and i hate to complain. With the price of these drinks and how they always advertise they want their customers to be happy, they should have said come back in and we'll make you another one. Instead, they said to add chocolate syrup. Been to this location a few times and they've never been consistent. And by other comments I'm not the only one that thinks so. I went today because it was extremely convenient to where i was. Convenience isn't worth wasting money and not liking you're drink. I'll never go back to...

I order here 4 days a week. Spend a lot of money, but I like their food and helps keep the carbs down. Staff is always friendly. Just a few things they need to pay attention to and realize #1 Can't eat oatmeal without a spoon. Little hard to eat that on the go. #2 Honey should not be stored in a cold area. It crystallizes and then it will not come out of the package. Again hard to warm up crystallized honey on the go. If you store at least put it in a cup of hot water to put it back to liquid. #3 Constantcy is key and reading the order requests is vital. Your drink will never ever be the same even if you order the same thing everytime you go. There’s no customer service on the app or website to state that something about your order is incorrect. you pay $8 for a coffee then it doesn’t even have the stuff in it you paid for. All I can say is after being a LONG time Starbucks customer, I am officially done with it for some time (this location anyways) thankfully, a 7Brew just opened across the street where the drinks are always made...
