Tudor's Biscuit World — Restaurant in Huntington

Tudor's is a staple in southern WV, and widely popular amongst the residents in the Tri-State. The franchised locations are all well run by friendly, courteous crewmembers. The restaurant boasts a pretty impressive breakfast menu from the basic sausage biscuit to full breakfast platter meals to satiate any appetite!

What is not as widely known is their amazing lunch and dinner menu. Residents and long time customers will tell you that newcomers and travelers should try their beans and cornbread meal. The food is well prepared and biscuits made from scratch every day. Dining in is highly preferred to get the whole experience which is reminiscent of meals prepared by grandma on the farm. Drive thru is available with a normal wait time but early breakfast rush will push wait times higher but well worth the wait.

I had a very serious test done at Cabell that wasn't scheduled until noon and I couldn't eat before the test. The entire time I was at the hospital I was looking forward to eating Tudors after. The medical staff and I even joked about it. I made it to Tudors at 1:45p and pulled into the drive-thru, no one came over the intercom. I waited. Finally, I drove around to the window and could see them in there, hiding from me. (Windows are tinted but I could see 2 workers and their cars parked outside). It sucked, I was sad. I get not going into a "sit-down" restaurant 15 prior to close, but this is a fast food drive thru right next to the hospital. There are going to be a lot of times people need to get food in a pinch. Anyway they never came to the window and i didnt get served, I ended up getting Chiptole and won't visit this restaurant again. The date was 2/27/24 if anyone important from this Tudors happens...

Went thru drive through last week and when I got home I realized that they had forgotten about three items so I called and talked to the manager and she said I could come back but I told her I was already home. She said she would put my name in their book and she would replace the whole meal next time we came in. Well I went there this morning with my receipt and told the girl at the cash register what was going on. She looked in there book and found where they had written my name and order down. When she went to ask the manager how to ring it up the manager came storming out of the back and said she was not going to replace the whole meal.
