The food has always been good from this location. However, we had some issues recently. One weekend, we placed an order online, and after some time had passed, we realized that the order was never confirmed. So we tried calling, but there was no answer. The next day, I called the store and the manager explained that they were closed due to a holiday, but for some reason their online system was accepting orders, even though it should have been set to closed. He gave us a full refund, and also added credit to our account for our next order. That was handled beyond my satisfaction. things happen. Literally, the next time we ordered, my father-in-law went to pick up the food, and after he left, the same manager called me to let me know that they forgot an order of fried mushrooms. Great. At least they caught it. Again, he gave a credit on the account. Unfortunately, they must have also forgotten to make the mushrooms, because it took 45 more minutes for them to drop those off at our house. By that time, we were done eating. Third time's a charm, right? Nope. Next time we order, we had a coupon for a free cheese pizza with a large 2-topping. This was perfect as we had a friend over who was vegetarian and we wanted meat on our pizza. My wife ordered over the phone, mentioned the coupon, and everything was set. When the delivery guy showed up, he only had the one large pizza, and I said we were supposed to have an extra cheese pizza. He looked at the receipt and simply said, "nope" and walked away. I was fuming at this point, since this was the third time in a row ordering that there was a problem. My wife called the store and asked to speak to a manager. This was obviously a different manager, as he was rude and accused my wife of not mentioning the coupon. "I stand behind my workers while they take orders." Sure. But readily accusing customers of a mistake and insulting them is okay? The better way to handle that is to simply say you'll make that pizza and have it delivered. Done. Instead, you lost our business, likely for good. The only reason I didn't do one star is because our previous issues were handled properly. But all it takes is one bad exchange to lose a...
Read moreAs a local resident always on the lookout for a great meal, I recently had the pleasure of trying Rosati's Pizza in Huntley, IL, and I have to say, it was an experience worth sharing.
Naturally, I ordered a pizza, and it was a solid choice. The crust was well-baked, the sauce had a nice tang, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. It hit the spot for a classic pizza craving and certainly held its own.
However, the undeniable superstar of the meal was, surprisingly, the nuggets. I'm not talking about your average, run-of-the-mill chicken nuggets. These were something else entirely. The moment they arrived, the aroma of garlic and Parmesan was intoxicating. Each nugget boasted a perfect texture – crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and infused with that incredible savory blend. The combination of flavors and the satisfying bite made them an absolute must-try. I found myself reaching for them repeatedly, completely captivated by their deliciousness.
In short, while the pizza was good, the nuggets stole the show and earned a permanent spot on my "reorder" list. I can confidently say this will not be the last time I get those nuggets from Rosati's Pizza in Huntley. If you're looking for something truly special, do yourself a favor and...
Read moreWhat a terrible service from these guys. I order a pizza with my selection of toppings on it, and an hour later I receive the pizza with the delivery driver chucking to him self. I thought it was abnormal to be laughing at your customer you drop pizza off to. When I opened the box there was artichokes all over and onions. Obviously the driver knew somthing I did not. I drove the pizza back to the store and kindly ask to have a new pizza made. As the casheir went to speak with who ever makes the pizza they look over and start laughing at me. The cashier came back and asked if I would like it deleiverd, and I said yes and ordered dominos knowing they will not remake my pizza. What is this world coming...
