Subway — Restaurant in Huntley

Let this be clear. This is a franchise restaurant. But the service I was provided was amazing. I know Subway is not a premier sandwich shop but the people at this location working behind the counters (i.e. the people that make the sandwiches you eat) are amazing. I wish them the best. They are great at it. Why stop them? Unless they want to pursue higher education. Do it! Just letting you know, I was having a bad day and you helped make it better! Best of luck...

This used to be one of the best Subway stores I have ever been to. Since the owners have changed every last bit of anything that could be considered customer service has gone out the door. It is now run by the typical Indian store owner. Buy it and run it at the bare minimum cost until everything falls apart and then move on. It is a shame that such a great location has been ruined. In a smaller city like ours we now have 3 absolutely worthless & useless...

I asked for the $3.99 sub of the day and they told me what it was and I agreed for them to make it for me. At the register, she said the sandwich was not the $3.99. I asked if they could charge me $3.99 anyway and she said ok. Trusting her I went with the purchase, but later on I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged full price. I don't trust this place and would recommend Goodfellas Beef...
