Arby's — Restaurant in Huntsville

I would eat here several times per week before the management changed. One day, I came into this Arby's a few months ago, and rather than their usual tolerable pop/alternative music playing in the lobby, they changed it to a terrible country music station. I am not talking about Johnny Cash or Dolly Parton. I mean real cousin-kissing Maury Povich guest, country music. When I asked their usually helpful staff if we could change the station to anything else, including static, the wonderful cashier replied, "I would love to, but our manager said we have to keep it on this station. We have had lots of complaints. I'm sorry." I would give this one star because of their terrible manager, but the staff is too nice. I hope they find new management because I miss...

Went through the drive-thru and before we left the parking lot noticed there was a hair on th3 mozzarella stick. Took it inside for an exchange and the cashier said she doesn't know how that could have happened. Got a new order of mozzarella sticks. We got home to eat and finished one part of my loaded italian sandwich, opened the other to rearrange the lettuce and tomato and saw hair on it. I immediately threw everything away to include the strawberry lemonade. I don't know who's making the food in the back, but hair nets, hats or something need to be worn when assembling food. Worst experience ever! They put the fries that went in one meal with the fish. Went back through the drive through to replace them. Got to the window and the worker argued with me. I told her it wasn't packaged right, she said they only charged me for one. I get it...so I offered to pay for them. Instead they had me pull up and I waited for over 10 minutes. I wasn't able to get out and go in, I have a medical condition with my legs. I do not normally post bad reviews but this one deserves it! I won't go back. And a footnote, the fries had too much salt on them to eat. This was intended for my mom who is 92. This one is on Shields Road....
