I recently had the pleasure of dining at Arby's in Huntsville, TX, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
The atmosphere at Arby's was cozy and inviting, with clean and well-maintained seating areas. The restaurant was also impeccably clean, which is always a positive sign for me when choosing a place to eat. It's clear that the management and staff take great pride in providing a pleasant dining environment for their patrons.
Now let's talk about the food—the star of the show! Arby's truly exceeded my expectations. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious options, including their signature roast beef sandwiches, which were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired wonderfully with the freshly baked buns. The selection of sauces and toppings added an extra layer of taste and made each bite even more enjoyable.
The sides at Arby's were equally impressive. Their curly fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the mozzarella sticks were delightfully cheesy and gooey. I appreciated the range of choices available, catering to different preferences and dietary needs.
What truly set Arby's apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring a memorable dining experience. They took the time to explain menu options, make recommendations, and ensure that all my needs were met. It was evident that they valued their customers and were dedicated to delivering top-notch service.
Lastly, the prices at Arby's were reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes of the food. It's refreshing to find a place that offers excellent value for money without compromising on taste or service.
In conclusion, my visit to Arby's in Huntsville, TX, was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and exceptional service made for a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Arby's to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal. I will definitely be returning to this establishment whenever I'm...
Read moreThis was my first time going to an Arby's so I was unsure what to expect. All I knew was the commercial that said they had the meats and that me and my wife were hungry and this was the closest fast meal.
My wife ordered the Gyro combo and I ordered the turkey sandwiche with Loaded Fries. Everything came quickly and was made properly.
Although I wanted to be upset at first that the Turkey sandwich was a cold sandwich. This was not Arby's fault but rather my ignorance to the fact that Arby's makes both hot and cold sandwiches. Once I got over my initial bias and ate the turkey sandwiche for what it was, (a pretty large for fast food sandwiche with good meat) I was fairly satisfied. The horsey sauce made the flavor come alive. (Warning) Don't touch the horsey sauce with a 10 foot pole if you don't love horeseradish. Now on to the loaded curly fries. Smothered fries are a very seldom indulgence for me as there just to rich and most fast food joints put some sort of heartburn inducing overly greasy or seasoned chili on them with cheap cheese. I made an exception as this night was a cold night and I wanted all my food items to be hot and I was hoping the topping on the fries would be hot. I was very pleasantly surprised by this item. It came piping hot. The curly fries were not overly seasoned like some resteraunts. They put a combo of cheeses and bacon on top. They used a cheeze wiz like product which im not usually a fan of but there cheeze sauce was awesone. Cheezy in more natural way and not overly salty like some whiz type products can be. Apparently the have a beef sandwhich they put this stuff on as well. I will have to try.
My Wife's Gyro was of a decent size as well. While its certainly not a real Gyro. Which I would never expect from fastfood anyways. It did have wonderful flavor in the sliced beef and even a greek inspired sauce that was like Tziziki (spelling?) sauce. I was blown away at how good it was and it will probably be what I order when we go there next.
I wholly reccomend Arby's. They were fast with generous portions and their sandwiches were a nice change of pace from a typical...
Read moreI eat at this Arby's maybe three to four times a month. My experience with them has generally been consistent, with the only issue I can recall being the time they forgot the cheddar on my Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Normally, the fries are fresh, and the orders are accurate. I usually get the Beef and Cheddar with curly fries, but occasionally I try something different.
Today, I decided to switch it up and ordered the #9 Chicken Bacon Swiss combo to go. It was 11:23 AM, and the restaurant was quite busy. Since I ordered something that required cooking, rather than the quicker Beef and Cheddar, I expected a slightly longer wait. While waiting, I went to get a drink but noticed there was no ice. I approached the counter, and the worker kindly got some ice for me.
I waited long enough to finish my glass of tea, so I returned to the counter to ask for more ice. Once again, the worker politely provided ice and asked what I had ordered. I told him the Chicken Bacon Swiss combo, and he said he would check on it. A few moments later, he returned with my order bag.
Since I live 30 minutes away, I grabbed my order and headed home. I started with the curly fries, which were hot and fresh, as expected. After I finished the fires, I opened my sandwich and took a bite. Something felt off. After taking another bite, I realized there was no chicken. The sandwich had bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauce—but no chicken.
I was already 15 minutes away from the store, so I decided not to go back, but you can imagine how disappointed I was. I enjoy Arby's and hope this doesn't become the norm for this location. I gave 4 stars based on previous experiences. It would be 1 star if it was...
