Mayflower Donuts & Bakery — Restaurant in Huntsville

this bakery made three sandwiches, incorrect on the Wong bread and the wrong chips. I called to make it right the woman could not understand English she would not make it right then now the Chinese guy would not make it right basically they’re very rude obnoxious their donuts, taste like old steel bread, and their cookies are old and still. basically, there was a hair and the chicken salad sandwich they do not wear netting on their hair and why would you have someone that cannot understand a word you’re talking about instead of a English speaking or somebody that can speak multiple languages they are very rude and obnoxious and I miss the original owners of Mayflower because to me everything is cheaper in there yes but however, it taste like day, old bread, or a week old bread they do not want to handle anything and it’s always the customers fault not their fault! I Ask them to remake the sandwich's right and etc nope and just laughing . Why would they have a woman running the store at 4 o’clock? That cannot understand English ! Most restaurants in Huntsville or anywhere try to make it right. could not get the hair picture, correct. Wrong chips, wrong bread, bad customer service, and disgusting things in their food. I would not recommend this...

Although the Mayflower has a great selection of donuts even donuts that aren't glazed which are my favorite I am sad to say the last few times I went into their business dispute the great customer service the facility was infested by several to many small gnat like flies and at first I thought it was just because they cleaning from outside so I didn't pay much attention but then I went back for a second serving near the end of the day and realized those gnats were beyond abundant and actually INSIDE the glass where the food and donuts were...It's clearly a sanitation issue and concern that if today I see the same problem I'll address to the manager politely because I feel this is a new problem for them maybe due to a leak and a bad trash bag that got infested idk...I just now gnats and flies can be hard to rid of but ultimately they were selling the food that literally had gnats crawling on them

I loved their selection I just want y'all to be aware of the food behind the glass...Pay close to detail to see if you see what I saw...

My mother wanted to go to the fair on the square. We had a very hard time finding parking and came into the mayflower parking lot. There was one spot open that was handicap and my mom is handicap. Instiod just taking the spot I went in to ask if it was ok for us to use the parking and the lady behind the counter said no. I explained to her that I had a handicap person with me who couldn't do a lot of walking and she said that spot was designated for customers. Considering no one was inside the donut shop and all these other designated spots were parked in, I didn't see the big deal. Won't be giving my business...
