We've gone here for years and we're going less often because my youngest is having GI issues. My oldest was home from college and I decided to take him by for breakfast since we were by ourselves and I had recently found an old gift card they had given us long ago from a different bad experience (excessive wait time, I think).
Even though it was extremely expired, I decided to see if they would honor it. They said no, and that was fine, but when they started to hand me my order, they had the extra chicken biscuit. They asked me if I had 2 orders and they were supposed to check if I had been charged twice. I never got my receipt. Anyway, the lady ended up dropping the main order on the floor and the chicken biscuit wrapper touched the tile, so she threw it in the trash. Then she gave me 3 gift cards for sodas and we left with the part we had paid for.
I got really upset after we drove off actually. I didn't tell them, but I'm telling them now. The 3 drinks are probably worth more than the chicken biscuit that's now in the trash. They should just hand you extra food if they make a mistake. The biscuit is thrown away instead of being eaten by a happy customer. Now they have a very unhappy customer because of the extreme waste of food right before my eyes and they just didn't care. I actually had a headache starting and could really have used the food.
Their training is awful now. Some of the people that take orders have chatted with me quite a bit and it seems unprofessional. They obviously don't want to be there and aren't eager like the high school and college students used to be their main employees. The lady who did this to me was not a student-aged person. Probably in her 30's. She should have known better. It was all sort of an accident but it really was an unpleasant experience.
Btw, we've stopped at Chick-fil-A's around Birmingham and they really know how to cook fries. You see how bad ours are when you eat in a different area. Chick-fil-A's in Huntsville seem to always have soggy waffle fries. Get your act together people! They didn't say "my pleasure" or anything. It's just completely not on...

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. But this Chic-fil-A drive thru in Huntsville pushed me over the edge. What happened today was so ridiculous, so beyond unacceptable, i cant just keep quiet.
I spent $45 of my hard-earned money on 4 chicken club sandwiches⦠and NOT A SINGLE ONE HAD CHICKEN IN IT. I opened each box and was in total disbelief, just bun, lettuce, and tomato. No chicken. How does a CHICKEN restaurant forget the actual chicken in every single sandwich?! I honestly thought I was being pranked. This isnāt just bad service, itās utter negligence.
And to make things worse, this isnāt the first issue Iāve had. The last two times I ordered a diet lemonade, I was handed regular. Every time I have to ask if itās diet, but itās not. I can taste the sugar. Do they not know the difference? Do they not care? If I had diabetes that wouldnāt be good whatsoever
They said Iāll get my refund tomorrow, so Iāll be waiting for that but , Iām DONE. This location has gone from decent to complete trash. Total garbage. Sloppy, careless, and clearly not run with any standards.bunch of kids in there.

I placed my order at 8:51am to ensure this location had enough time to deliver it by 11:45am (I tried to place for 11:00am but it said the delivery time was no longer available one second after clicking it). My DELIVERY WINDOW was 11:45-12:00 pm. I checked my app at 12:00pm to find that my order had not even started being prepared. I thought it was a flaw in the app and waited for someone to walk through the door with my order. Once it hit 12:05 I tried calling the store 3X to get an update. No one answered. Then I look at my app and it stated my order was being prepared 5 min after the delivery time. I called over and over again to ask the order be cancelled to get a refund. You guessed it- no one answered. I asked for a refund once my order got to my job (at 12:30pm). I work in healthcare and get to my job at 6:30am. I was starving! She stated she would tell her manager. I have not had a call or been able to get in contact with anyone at all.
