Mad Malts Brewing — Restaurant in Huntsville

I came here for a show last night which was excellent don’t get me wrong I had the time of my life however one of the security guards here opened the door on my friends and I using the bathroom because he was accusing us of doing drugs. He kept the door wide open after he saw we were actually using the bathroom and started switching his story up saying there was too many of us in the bathroom. I’ve used the bathroom at mad malts many times before and I always bring some female friends in with me for safety reasons. We all look very young too so imagine if we were 16 years old and this grown man opened the door on us using the bathroom and kept it open. He was slamming on the door as well and we had just met this one girl who was inside with us standing up to him. He ran off to go get help and we never saw him again. I just wanted to say that this Selina lady acts like she owns the place. First time there to see a band. Place was very cool, but this lady was getting onto people for vaping/smoking inside, was wiping the bar down, swapping kegs around, milling about when she could, friendly, courteous and just all in all, genuinely taking care of the people and the place and I wanted the owners to know! 💯🙏❤️💪 excellent experience, crowd was having a good time, everyone was friendly and polite and the music was GREAT! The lady behind the bar was super sweet to obvious first timers. The beers were all amazing, and so full of the flavors promised in the name. I've been to so many big name breweries that offer fruitier beers that fall way short on flavor. Even the blood orange IPA had such a strong fruitiness that it was amazing. I'm not even an IPA fan, but this was great. The bitterness of the hops were well matched by the sweet from the oranges. They also use interesting flavors like kudzu!! Who would have thought?!?
