This used to be a good subway , the family that owned it really cared. Now some new guy runs it, the customer service is better during the day but at night when he works sucks, he says he is the manager now, hes very rude, food quality sucks, bread is flat and tough (I think they are proofing it wrong), the portion sizes are weak, they are always out of something, they don't take any coupons, the parking lot is difficult to enter. I'll go to any other subway after my last experience. It's sad because this subway was family operated for years, and they were very proud of their business. I used to go out of my way to go to the old location. They were in a small duplex then Subway moved to their own building across the street. Ever since then it has been an awful experience. I won't be going back to this one for a while especially night shift. I miss the old Subway family they were really nice and always cared and made a good sandwich day or night. The prices are too high for the quality and portion, I can go to any other sub shop and get a better bang for the buck. Subway in general is going down hill, it's not just this one. I just hate it because they used to be so good and this used to be my favorite location before they moved. I ordered through the app yesterday, Feb 7, got to the restaurant at the time it said the order would be ready, and they said they didn’t have my order, but the money was taken out of my account. I waited 15 minutes and they still hadn’t received my order. The manager looked at my app to verify I chose the correct location. I had somewhere to be and couldn’t wait any longer, so I asked for a refund. The manager told me she didn’t have my order so she couldn’t issue a refund. I told her I understood that but I paid for something that I never received and she refused to make my order or give me a refund. I sent a message on the Subway website which was sent to the owner and all he responded with was thank you for letting us know about the issue with the app. I am contacting my bank on Monday and hopefully I can get a refund. I went this last time just to give them the benefit of the doubt that just maybe they will get it right this time. NOPE!! I've managed a restaurant for 5 years and worked in food for more than 10 and I would think Subway would be the easiest job to work at. I tell you what I want and that's it right? Well apparently that isn't how theirs work, I went through the drive thru and the MANAGER took my order, I waited 9 minutes at the window before they even took my money, gave me my food and didn't even put my cheese on my sandwich.
