We’re regulars at this location visiting every morning Monday through Friday since this location opened and have always had great service until tonight. To say that “Kaley “ who was working the window was rude would unfortunately be an understatement. After being the only other car in the drive thru and waiting 10 minutes to have our order taken, she incorrectly rang up our order and when I politely corrected her about the total being incorrect that’s when the attitude began. We arrived at the window ( we were not greeted in any fashion) our mobile app was scanned and the window closed. She returned with our drinks with caramel dripping down the outside of the cup and proceeded to thrust them through the window. I asked for some napkins showing her the mess on the side of the cup and a cup sleeve. She rolled her eyes and then handed me one napkin and the sleeve. I asked her name, which seemed to irritate her further. She told me her name and then asked for my name. I declined. She then slammed the window so hard I’m surprised it didn’t break. Knowing I had seen someone go into the store while we waited to have our order taken I proceeded to park at the front door and wanted to speak with her and the manager. The door was locked. She stood at the back entrance to the preparation storage area and grinned taking joy in the fact that I couldn’t enter. So I called and spoke with Adam who when he answered my call told me that he was the manager on duty. I asked him to make a report, explaining to n detail her name and the attitude we had received and then promptly said goodbye and thanked him for his time since I could see through the door that he was now having to work the window and make the drinks by himself while Kaley was skipping, laughing and taking joy in the very poor service she has just delivered. I will continue to pursue my reporting to the manager of the store in the morning and include sending this report/review to the district manager, franchise owner and my former Starbucks corporate colleagues. Read morePlaced an app order 6/15 @ 10am for inside pick-up. Order consisted of White Chocolate Mocha Frap w/ 2 Affogato Style shots, Matcha Lemonade w/strawberry puree, and Matcha Lemonade w/peach juice blend. The Frap was made without addition of the 2 shots poured on top. As I watched,, the barista was informed by another employee that she was making it wrong, but she continued and brought me my drink. I tasted it, although it was visible to be incorrect. I let her know my shots were missing. She went to remake it and the other barista took over. This barista was no better, she made an entirely different drink as I watched, Caramel Frap. I was done. Don't bother, after 2 attempts, I didn't get what I ordered. During the attempt to make drink a 2nd time, the other barista started making my Matcha Lemonades. She made both with peach. She wasn't happy when told one of them should've had strawberry minus the peach. She remade and got it right. An 8-11 minute pick-up turned into 45 minutes, leaving with fraps that were not what I ordered, but at least the Lemonades ended up correct. Additionally, while waiting there were many drive thru customers coming in with orders to be corrected. As well as other people waiting on app pick up orders saying they regretted placing an order. I went through drive thru one morning, ordered a Carmel apple spice with extra Carmel and whip, was given apple juice with cinnamon (yuck) ended up dumping it out. A couple of days later I tried again going through drive thru at 6:20 am ordering 2 Carmel apple spice drinks with extra Carmel and whip, I was the only customer in line. Drove around to pick up window, sat for 7 minutes waiting for drinks that I noticed were made 5 minutes prior and just sitting on counter, no staff member handed me the drinks or took my payment. I had to honk my horn twice to get their attention and when they finally came to the window I asked why no one was giving me the drinks and I was told by a young lady, “we have other things to do.” Wow! So I drove off without the drinks. When I called to speak to Manager I was he wasn’t in so I could leave a message for him to call me. This was two weeks ago and I haven’t received a call back.
