LEMmy's Eatery — Restaurant in Huron

Although the food wasn't bad... the service started out okay but my friend and the waitress had a misunderstanding about how she wanted her eggs prepared. I was paying for the meal and I just wanted to let the waitress know that we still wanted the food just take something out. I am always polite but it didn't matter. I was behind her and she didn't know it and she was talking to a male coworker about my friend being while nasty about it and she and the guy was laughing about it as I was waiting behind her to hand her the money for the food and a tip. We were only ordering takeout and I shouldn't have tipped her because that was rude what she did. I asked her not to behave that way and left. She looked like she seen a ghost because she didn't expect to see me right there listening. I tried to make her job easier because my friend wasn't empressed about the misunderstanding. The place is a little hick town restaurant where they ignored and stared at the same time and you can tell that we already weren't preferred guests and we won't ever return. I always pay and tip anywhere I go because I think it's classy and I respect service, but this wasn't money well spent for the disrespect. I hope the owner talks to their staff about servicing others that don't look like them that their money is just as green. The veggie omelet...

The food was really good...just a little disappointed in the service... We ordered 4 meals... My daughter asked for a chicken wrap and got a sandwich instead... My husband ordered the steak and eggs breakfast and never got his potatoes or toast...i ordered cottage cheese and never received that either. And then when this was brought to the server's attention he gave us 10 % off of two of the meals for a total of a little over 2.00 off our 39.00 meal... And we still never recieved the missing food...i'm not one to complain much but i am a server myself and i just felt like this was alot of mistakes for one meal to get 2.00 off. Don't think i will be returning...maybe they shouldn't have a child serving tables...might be better suited as a bus...

LEMmys was a great place to eat, they even have donuts if you need that sweet treat. Breakfast or lunch, maybe you want some brunch.. Hashbrowns or fries.. they're both a tie! Burgers and salads, chicken or fish, the eggs were my favorite dish! Huron is beautiful in its own, but some home cookin really brings you home. Our waitress was fantastic and very friendly as can be, she told the story of the owners back story. Not too many people have good things to say about the owner of that company, but she did as she expressed herself so free. The owner has a donut shop as well, has worked very hard as you can tell.
