Main Street Creamery and Grill — Restaurant in Hurricane

Man ohhhhhh man!!!! This place is absolutely extravagant. Hands down my personal ice cream. I ordered the pecan pie, and wow, that’s all I can say about it. The lady hooked me up lol. I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks for my appetizer and a bbq sandwich for my entree. The cheese sticks didn’t disappoint. Hot, crunchy, and cheeeeesy. The bbq sandwich was very juicy and super saucy. Don’t let these trashy reviews keep you from eating here. They are bold faced liars. I’ve eaten here many times and the longest wait I’ve ever had was about 30 minutes. What’s even better is that I get a 10 percent discount because I work for the city of Hurricane. Police officers, firefighters, doctors and nurses also get a 10 percent discount too!!!! What are you waiting for?!?!? Come on down and eat here...

The food is delicious!! They place is clean and inviting. The whole serving process needs a lot of work. A sign needs placed by the door as to whether you seat yourself or go to the counter to order. Not enough menus at tables. One menu per table. Should be one per person. Your servers are being ran to death by one item coming out at a time. The whole table should be brought out at one time. I went with my two grandson. Ones Sunday came out. He was half way finished with us when my burger came out and all the way finished when my other grandson got his hurricane. Number your tables. The food was pretty good. The place has great potential, but the service (while friendly) is slow. The wait for the food was even more painfully slow. We waited almost 10 minutes to even be acknowledged and given menus.

Management has to do something to improve the service speed and the cooking speed. We were there one hour before getting food. That's a long time for only 3 orders in front of us. I'm certain it was only 3 orders because we watched. No one came in for pick-up during this time. I hate to get on them too much, but I haven't had a wait like this in a long time, and it's been mentioned in older reviews and clearly isn't...
