Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hurricane

Someone Called me to inform us that the "cut into squares" note was missed and that they would be happy to make me another pizza. Missing that note isn't an issue for me at all. I just appreciate the effort made to rectify the situation, if you want to even call it that 😂. I happily said' I have no issue with that I was just being spontaneous! No need to make another one!" Great Service, and the Wings, the garlic parm. are off the chain.

Also, One family member has a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity. And unless the recipe has been changed, both the Cajun and lemon pepper dry rubs are gluten free and fantastic!

We understand the risk of cross contaminants, and mitigate as much as we can with gluten. Dairy on the other hand. Don't mess with that one.

I Wish there were GF/DF options here, and that also use Dairy-Free Cheese, plant butter, and dairy-free sauce.

I make custom ones all the time for us, but the missing link is the industrial ovens.

Not only can you not talk to someone directly in the store because You have to go through a call service, but when something's wrong, you have to go back through said call service. I've been disconnected 4 times, put on hold longer than I'd like to count. Can't get anyone to call back like they say. We ordered a Pizza, checked the app 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered and the app said it was delivered at 7pm. We have been right here by the door and nothing has been delivered.We've been 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone at the store to find out what the problem is. I take that back.It's been forty minutes now since they said the pizza was delivered.And we've been trying to contact someone at the store and can't get...

Undercooked pizza and bad service.

Pizza wasn’t done so we had to put it in our own oven to cook it. Not much sauce on it too.

Service was terrible. I came in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while staff walked by without even an acknowledgement.

When an employee finally showed up and addressed me I told them to please address the customer who had gotten there first, a few minutes before me and was sitting in the waiting area because they were old and couldn’t stand at the counter for a long time.

Something has changed at this Pizza Hut. Since when we moved here 3 years ago it has been great but the last couple of times something is off.
