Someone Called me to inform us that the "cut into squares" note was missed and that they would be happy to make me another pizza. Missing that note isn't an issue for me at all. I just appreciate the effort made to rectify the situation, if you want to even call it that 😂. I happily said' I have no issue with that I was just being spontaneous! No need to make another one!" Great Service, and the Wings, the garlic parm. are off the chain.
Also, One family member has a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity. And unless the recipe has been changed, both the Cajun and lemon pepper dry rubs are gluten free and fantastic!
We understand the risk of cross contaminants, and mitigate as much as we can with gluten. Dairy on the other hand. Don't mess with that one.
I Wish there were GF/DF options here, and that also use Dairy-Free Cheese, plant butter, and dairy-free sauce.
I make custom ones all the time for us, but the missing link is the industrial ovens.

Pizza wasn’t done so we had to put it in our own oven to cook it. Not much sauce on it too.
Service was terrible. I came in and stood at the counter for ten minutes while staff walked by without even an acknowledgement.
When an employee finally showed up and addressed me I told them to please address the customer who had gotten there first, a few minutes before me and was sitting in the waiting area because they were old and couldn’t stand at the counter for a long time.
