Subway — Restaurant in Hurricane

Every time we pick here for lunch at work I make 2 trips, the food is NEVER CORRECT. Even order from the app so everything is there no confusion. The little old lady that I believe is a manager (how I’m lost on) she puts next to nothing on the sandwiches, extra sauce.. you do good to have any. Any veggies 4 olives across a foot long, as a customer, we are paying for food, so that’s exactly what I want food the way it’s supposed to be. At nine dollars a sub there should be something on it (veggies) This clearly is not the job or position she needs to be in. If you’re gonna be that stingy to save your food cost then the sandwiches need to be discounted . Cause I’m paying for something and at this point it’s like being robbed on, Or at least if you’re going to act like that about it at least make it right gas is 3$ a gallon and I’m sick of multiple trips and wasting the entire lunch just trying to get what was ordered, Unfortunately, it’s impossible to get in touch with any type of customer service to make a complaint and I highly doubt complaining to the problem is going to take care of the problem. Subway is not what it used to be and I doubt this store will exist much longer if this is the kind of service and management running the place. As someone who’s worked In the food industry as well as managed, this is not how you run a restaurant. This is how you lose business. Great food, expensive and have to pay for extra pepperoni or whatever extra you want. My biggest complaint would be the wait. Even when your the only person there it seems to take forever especially if you go through the drive through. I’ve sat waiting for someone to take my order for over 15 minutes then they told me to hold but never responded so I ended up parking and walking inside. I would of just left but after waiting 40 minutes I wasn’t leaving without my food. That was one time other than that one time it’s been a great place to go with my kids. I had a take out order and when I got there I went into get it and it took them about 5 minutes to get to me after the worker stood there looking at me oblivious to anything but her conversation about tattoos and what not my bread was supposed to be toasted and he just didn’t do it and when I tried to ask about it he just continued to talk to the other worker, not even acknowledging I was there I got two foot longs they were both supposed to be toasted one was really soggy and the other on was not made right by anymeans, if this is what u call service than subway is a joke and I will be going somewhere with ppl who know how to do there job and take...
