Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Hutto

Just went through the drive through of this location and music was blasting rap and cussing etc. even my 14 yr old son said I cannot believe they are playing this music. Horrible music and me with kids in the vehicle, drove up to the window and I stated to the girl at the window what about this music? It’s out here cussing and horrible. She said oh, another girl looked at me with a smirky look and the employees in there dancing and screaming the music. So they didn’t care at all. Not a location I will visit or go back to again. We have a wonderful location in Rosenberg which has been playing Christmas music the last few weeks but I am guessing it’s better management and all in what is allowed by the owner and managers on duty. It’s a sad world when we are visiting the town for a huge event with kids all around and cannot even stop to get our family a coffee without having to hear cussing blaring out the speakers with cussing as such. Don’t worry I will inform the parents not to bother to stop either. And just FYI to your young staff that didn’t care, just cause it says clean don’t mean it’s clean! i honestly can’t stand this location anymore. every time i go they always mess SOMETHING up. i went for father’s day and they made 2/3 drinks incorrectly. (my mom had a golden eagle and it didn’t have caramel and my dad had a tigers blood rebel blended and it was pastel pink?? i even heard them in the window say “this is tigers blood?) and multiple times i’ve received my rebel over blended and melted. i truly don’t mind waiting because i know they’re a busy location and quality help is hard to find but jfc i waited in line today and i got right to the point where the lines meet however i was the next in line and the rest of the cars were behind me. tell me why the girl looks me dead in my eyes and goes to the car behind me deadass past my drivers window to them🫥 this isn’t even the first time this has happened to me at this location either it happened the first time back in april by a young guy but id never seen him before so i assumed he was new and i just brushed it off. thankfully the round rock location is amazing and ive never had any...

I rarely get coffee out anymore but when I'm out with my kiddo and he asks I always am down to get some Dutch bros. My biggest gripe is I almost always get sugared here. I very specifically ask for sugar free, as I have reactive hypoglycemia, and I always verify at least 3x it's sugar free and they always tell me it is. I can't taste the difference between the taste of sugar free and full sugar most of the time so I just have to trust they didn't do me wrong but more often than not they do end up giving me full sugar and I end up in a severe blood sugar crash 30 minutes to an hour after drinking it.

I really think there needs to be some kind of training to teach that people like me don't ask for sugar free because it's a fad or for fun. I ask so I don't end up having these issues and having to full stop a fun day out with my family because someone sugared me.

But this is the biggest reason I do rarely get coffee out anymore but it would be nice if this issue was addressed in some kind of way for others...
