Store Manager in this store was sucks !!!! She should not be a manager !!! She gave me a cold bagel , no cream cheese, I told her no tomato but there’s tomato in the bagel. She not paying attention to what I said coz she’s on the phone the entire order . Do you served cold bagel from the freezer? Is it the way you serve it? Is it upon request if you ordered? It’s January 2nd , I was so excited for my first day breakfast and I want a warm bagel 🥯 crunch in the first bite with hot coffee. A stupid manager from Hutto Tx , she should not be a manager . She didn’t even apologized what she did . She ruined my day . No professionalism, very rude to customer. The cashier is very friendly though, but her manager is more than sucks . When I returned my food she’s charging me for the fountain water I asked. She’s a number 1 lier, she said she didn’t put tomato in there. How did you hired a manager like her , Lying for every reasons. . It’s not good for just opened store. I don’t think the store will be booming in 6 months with her attitude. Read moreI'm disappointed with the manager she said her name is Jay. I normally stop by the store twice a month. Monday's after ordering the two dozen bagels & shmear for my office for meetings. Today I stopped to purchase an egg, sausage, cheese bagel sandwich which is over $7 then I asked for a strawberry jam she tells me I have to pay .96 cents for jam that not even a teaspoon. Then she started having a very bad attitude when I told her return my sandwich because I'm not paying $1 for a jelly. She says so your telling me you know longer want the sandwich I said yes I will go somewhere else. When other places don't charge why would I pay more. I have been to this location even dealing with the general manager he has given me jelly several times with no issue. She tells me they had a meeting on 9/15 and was told that they are to charge for jelly and knives and spoons. I have been to Stone Hill doesn't charge and neither does Cedar Park she tells me that's the issue these store should be honoring the prices. The customer service I received today was very horriable. I love this location because the staff are genuinely great and so immediately attentive—I'm always greeted the moment I walk through the door and if I have any kind of trouble with my order, they are ON IT. But the bagels here are just not good. I typically love the bagels at Einstein, but they are just off at this location in a really, really noticeable way. They're dry, bland, and just look so sad compared to the same items at other locations. I've tried a few different types of bagels and it's always the same. I don't know if they just haven't really figured out the baking process since opening, but all of the bagels just seem to come out as kind of tough and devoid of flavor. Worth stopping in if you really need a quick bite, and again the service is EXCELLENT, but some of the worst...
