We made a large order asking for it to be extra crispy. I anticipated that they may not have enough and we would have to wait for more. When we arrived, they asked me if I wanted a mix of extra crispy and regular. I said no thanks, I'm willing to wait. The gentleman was very friendly and walked back and told the rest of the staff. After that is when I got to listen to the rest of the staff complain and cuss and talk bad about me wanting it to be all extra crispy and for the large order. We could hear everything extremely well. I didn't complain about having to wait and I even told them that I knew it was a larger than normal order and I was willing to wait. I don't think I deserved to be talked about in that manner. We realized after we got our order that it was missing a large mac and cheese my son ran back in to get it and he heard them still making fun of us. When they noticed him, one of the employees made a hand motion to let the other employees know he was there and to stop talking. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior. We were nothing but polite and told them that we appreciate them doing such a large order.

They had locked the door and taped a sign they would be closed tomorrow but there was nothing about already closing that day. Went through the drive-thru since the app was saying my order was done and ready for pickup. Manager rudely stated he was closed before I had said a word. I tried to explain we had already paid and the food was allegedly there while he interrupted repeatedly and spoke over me to say he closed early and had put everything away over and over again. When I asked him to cancel the order, he told me to do it and shut off the intercom. Read more6/20/2021: Went back one day last week. Ordered "The" chicken sandwich. It was good. Ordered legs and a thigh. It was actually good. Cold slaw was good as well. The mature mannered lady at the window who, seemed to be the manager, was preoccupied with keeping everything - and everyone working there - in line. Hope it last and continues to improve! Iordered 6 wings and only got 2 of something that was so over cooked that it all just discentigrated in the bottom of the box! Also ordered 1 extra coleslaw and got 3 extra, I guess because they did not give me my 6 wings! And a thigh. I got 2 different meal orders and was charged $27 for it. $27 is too much to pay for bad food!.I have had it with kfc. Disgusting and dishonest! Will be going to a different chicken...
