Taco-Mex — Restaurant in Hutto

So I ordered tacos around 1:50 pm and on google it says the store closes at 3pm. I went there at 2:00 pm to go pick up my food but I only had Apple Pay and my credit card was at home so the lady told me they don’t use Apple Pay. I told her respectfully ok, well I have to run back and grab my card, then I’ll come pay for it. When I came back around 2:10pm, the lady was gone and closed the restaurant which she already had my tacos but took it home with her. I was utterly confused so I came back the next day and ordered new tacos on the phone. When I came back to the store, the lady with the glasses around 230 or more being respectful. She told me her boss said I have to pay for my last order from the day before and my new order that day off. I told her I only wanted the fresh tacos and they can have the old ones but she still double charged me for the other tacos I didn’t want. What’s funny is she didn’t tell me the price either, she just took my card. I’m going back in today to talk to their boss because that’s 2 times where nobody didn’t communicate with me to the fullest. Bunch of scammers...

Have to update my review and change the rating from 5 stars to 0 if possible. They ignore you like you are invisible. You stand there for minutes on end while the ladies are chatting away, no acknowledgement of your existence or anything of the sort. This happened over a 4 day period. After the second time, I decided to update my review. They obviously don't want the business, talking is more profitable.

The ladies do a great job and the kitchen is spotless. Great tacos, both breakfast and lunch. Yum!...

Fantastic food, reasonable prices. Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I've stood at the counter while the ladies talk to each other as well as other spanish speaking customers in the lobby without even a glance in my direction. I work in the area and have been here 20-30 times, about half those times I leave wondering why I come back. It's a shame because the food is great, but the rude service actually outweighs my desire to eat tasty...
