Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Good Customer Service..When i was there 3 weeks ago i notuced that customers complain alot there when ordering through the Drive-thru..& when the Customers complain i notice Sonia the manager would walk away quickly to avoid the Confrontation instead of Apologizing & Resolving the Sistuation of what had occurred during the Customers unsatisfactory order..then mins later the Customer would walk in to complain about her order & the manager is no where to be found. I would've Resolve the Customers order & replacing it with something else instead of hiding away in the back or in her office.I would've Apologized to the Customer or Customers & i would offer them for something different...I would notice that Sonia would use Very Poor Judgement on dealing with the Customers.I wish the General Manager would see this Review & address it to Sonia the restaurant manager on her Poor...

Honestly this place started off good and right now I think it's getting pretty bad. I ordered a coffee with breaded chicken tenders and the drive-through person for some reason refuse to give me that because they said it wasn't a sandwich which made no sense because I never asked for a sandwich. All I ever got was my coffee and for some reason I wasn't charged for giving my chicken tenders because the person said that I decided not to get them since it wasn't a sandwich. Again I don't know where waffle breaded chicken tenders sounds like chicken tender sandwich. I think the drive-thru staff needs to listen to what people are saying that way they can actually do their job right. Is sad because this place is on the way to work for me so unfortunately I probably won't be coming...

The last two visits have been the WORST. I went with my children and the first time, one of the workers did not make my shake because he simply did not feel like it and instead of the shake another worker felt bad so she gave me free icecream instead. Today we went again and the cashier was mad (R.P.) and said bad words under her breathe in front of my kids, who clearly understood them, as we added a sándwich to our order. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior and therefore i will not be visiting the...
